Easy and reliable
It is easy to book a tour using Viator. They show many tour choices with good descriptions, customer reviews and images. Payment is easy. All reservation details are provided. Once we had to cancel a tour and were quickly refunded. We have used Viator several times and so far the tour choices we made were reliable and as described.

Mark made this an amazing time
Mark made this an amazing time, his knowledge and zeal for art and history had us excited for where we would stop next. How he keeps that much knowledge in his head is astounding. He knows the MET like the back of his hand and it shows. I especially appreciated his humor and genuine kindness to the various MET employees and other guests as we traversed the various exhibits. The MET was packed, it was a Saturday tour, and yet Mark made it feel intimate with the little details, things he pointed out others might miss, it was a great way to spend our Saturday morning in New York City. Highly recommend!
