Viator does a good job and can be depended upon. They can be contacted live in stressful situations and will find a solution. I would recommend them to anyone. Their ads are complete and truthful as to what you are getting so read them carefully when booking.

I loved everything about this experience, from the people to the view. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I will 100% comeback.

After questioning the company for several days about the pick up time vs cruise start time, they finally replied after we left town and did not have email access internationally. No texts with the correct time, so we missed the van by one hour and 10 minutes. Very disappointed group and a total waste of $270. We are told that Viator does not refund event costs under any circumstances.

Very easy and smooth. Wife booked in Rome and Spain in a half hour. Would give 10/10

Car was neat and clean and cool. Great to have a personalised small group tour. Our guide was friendly and knowledgable sharing lots of interesting information about the region and sites we visited. He was also happy to answer our many questions about Japan in general. The picnic lunch was delicious. The whole day ran smoothly and we really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended.

I think the only change I'd suggest is adding the ability to compare 2 or 3 similar tours. We'd booked experiences/tours in Rome but when one looks up "Vatican tour" for instance about 600 options populate the results. It would be great if we could click on 2 or 3 or 5 of them to do a side by side comparison. Areas to compare could be cost, length, brief descriptions, languages of guide, etc.

It was easy to navigate and book.

the booking site wouldn't accept my credit card, so we had to call to book our reservation.Also the agent didn't want to accept my $30.00 reward for using the app.

The description of the trip was vague. Also, you request that we choose a pick up location, but being unfamiliar with the city Lisbon), it is not possible for me to know what would be convenient and my hotel, though in the city, is "outside your pick-up area." It is not possible for me to choose a location. You do not enable us to know where the areas are in relation to where we will be.

Easy to review all the options and select what works for our group.

Jeff, our Driver was excellent.
Historians were also great, giving so much information, and encouraging questions.
Booking online with Viator has always worked for me!!

I did not anticipate still waiting 40 minutes in line for a “skip the line” ticket. I realize the museum was very crowded and people without a guide waited considerably longer but I did not factor that in my plans. Signage at the meeting place was very hard to find and was not displayed well. The tour guide was smart and informative but at times her English was hard to understand
