Worst ski resort I've ever been too

Worst ski resort I've ever been too. Old lifts that leak oil all the time; you can guaranteed throw away your ski suit and the lift company takes 0 responsibility (despite video evidence).

Beautiful ski area but…..

Beautiful ski area, and slopes but unfortunately the skiing facilities are old and inadequate, managed with an extreme cost saving strategy.
Only monginevre is focus on customers needs (with 95% of open slopes) unfortunately I can’t say the same for Sestriere, San sicario, pragelato

Disaster

Sestrieres S.P.A is the holding company, they manage the sky plants and tracks in the western alps sky area near sestriere. This season so far the most of the tracks are closed. the worst is that they close the link plants (skyways, cabins,) to connect the different sky areas (more than 300 hundreds km sky tracks) TAKING the same day ticket price (45 euro).
Furthermore the e commerce platforms is a disaster. They charge me twice for a purchase of a baby skicard. I've mailed and called the contact number but nothing happened

Hardline zero refund policy

I bought a full region ski pass for a costly £170 for use in March 2018. But I was taken ill a few days before, and despite having a doctor's medical certificate, this ski lift company refuse point blank to give a refund for the unused pass. Whereas the equivalent lift company in the Dolomites area of Italy will give refunds under such circumstances. TIP - never buy lift passes in advance (for example through the holiday company) but only purchase the pass if and when you arrive in the resort.
