Order #7041 - no confirmation, no updates, no money
The order #7041 was placed on 03 April, and the bank transfer was made on the same date. As of today still no confirmation of the order was received by email.
The seller didn't provide any reply to the request for the order status update neither by Whatsapp not by mail published at the official site.
I'll wait for another couple of days and then, if nothing happens, make a complaint to the Postal Police.

Order 5720. No answer, no refund .
Order 5720.I placed an order on 18/03/2026 for a set of tires for 304 euros and i got nothing. Just an email saying it will deliver from 3-10 days and nothing alse. I have send emails called on whatsapp called on phone number but nothing i want a refund but i dont know where to ask for it no one is answering
