Quick and easy as always. The ticket came through quite fast and everything was step-by-step friendly.

I booked tickets for Metallica just a few hours before the sold-out concert! What could be better than that? They were instant-download tickets, and everything was perfect!

My second-hand ticket worked perfectly and I had no issues entering the venue.
However, I believe it should have been made clearer that the ticket was a resale ticket, as I initially thought I was purchasing an original offer ticket.

I made a day-of purchase and there was a problem with the ticket transfer that I only realised a couple of hours before doors open. The Viagogo customer service agent that I chatted with was very helpful and expedient in helping to resolve the issue by contacting the seller. This is, however, not the first time I've had issues with ticket transfers and as I typically make last minute purchases it is stressful and would hope that viagogo can implement some checks and measures to help reduce these occurances. It also took a bit of digging through the Help Center to find contact information for customer service and ofcourse I had to get through the chatbot before I could speak to a person. It wasn't until later that I found the phone number which was buried even deeper.

The best experience! It took some hours to receive the tickets via email, but everything was legit and went perfect !

Besides I was worried buying ticket for Metallica through viagogo, everything was ok and I enjoyed the live!!

This is the second time I am using viagogo. Their fees are a bit high, but this is expected on sold out, in-demand shows. The ticket I received was genuine and valid and I made it into the venue without any problems at all. However this was the 3rd attempt for this particular ticket with the previous 2 having been cancelled for no reason at all literally seconds after my card was charged. The first 2 times I placed an order and I got an email saying "Congratulations! You are on your way to see XXX" and a moment later another email saying "unfortunately we had to cancel your tickets order". Moreover, it took days until the fees of the cancelled orders were charged back to my card. Overall not a negative experience apart from that.

Easy and quick to use

I chose the ticket, I made the payment and the ticket came to me within seconds. When I went to the gate everything was great, I went in with no problem. Before that I contacted the agents with some concerns like what if someone else had already my PDF and used it before me going there etc. They were very assuring that nothing like this could happen ,since the ticket was now on my name in the system and they specifically asked me that if I meet any problem to contact them immediately. Fortunately I didn't need to do so, because the night was absolutely smooth. Thank you very much for everything, I will definitely use viagogo again.

After not getting any tickets on first release for Tame Impala, I went to this site to see what I could get. Was slightly apprehensive due to it being a second market place but took the risk and purchased 3 tickets 48 hours before the concert at Coop Live. Was then quite scared as the order was completed and tickets arrived on the day a few hours before the concert by securemypass which is a transfer service that sellers use when tickets can’t be sold above FV. There are reviews online about securemypass stating they get double sold or don’t work, however ours worked and the three of us got in with no problems at all and got our seats so it was all very successful. Of course, I like the guarantees that viagogo offer but thankfully didnt have to go there! What I would like to see more explicitly on viagogo is whom you are buying the tickets from and exactly how they will be transferred ie. Whether from ticketmaster, seetickets or securemypass which would allow you to make an informed decision as to whether to take a risk. Viagogo itself is a good platform but it’s just the sellers that use it that make me scared. Our trip was brill and Tame Impala were amazing.

Super easy and efficient. I liked the ease of booking, pricing was total, inclusive of fees. Received tickets right away, no problems at venue. All good.
