I got my tickets the next day

I got my tickets the next day. It was in my fifa app. Had no issues entering the match. They checked on me multiple times to make sure everything was received. Excellent experience!

The ticket selection, payment, ticket access

The ticket selection and payment were very smooth. The price was excellent. The only negative issue was not knowing how my ticket was going to get released. I had never used this app, nor do I buy tickets on-line. Therefore, I had to totally trust an unknown vendor that my money would actually produce a valid ticket. Having to wait 4 hours before game time to get the ticket was rather nerve racking especially since I had to get airline tickets and a hotel for the WC game. I would have liked to have had access to the game ticket before I left home.

Wonderful experience from first time user

As a first-time user, wasn’t exactly sure how the process would end up going, but had an excellent experience! Seamless process of ordering tickets and wonderful, user-friendly interface to search for seats and get a sense of the view. Would use the site and service again!

I'm having trouble reselling the ticket; they've also blocked my account and keep saying it will be restored soon. I've been waiting three months. Be careful when using this site. It's better to buy tickets directly from the official reseller!!!
