Staff are always friendly and supportive, which is very important when you have a pet emergency. Waiting times are not too long and the care is brilliant.

We call this vet as our pet Dog was very unwell, we got told to bring him up at the cost of £280 just to sit in the waiting room for 2 hours,We got told they would have to admit him, We got charged another £164 for them to take him in to hospital as he was very unwell so what was the £280 cover? I said to the vet we can’t afford that and she said well if you take him home he will die. We got charged a fee for Admission of £30 to apparently setting up and clean up the kennels, again-what is a £280 for and the £164, then we’ve been charged another £101 for hospitalisation for the next day, but I picked him up at 7:30 in the morning. we had to leave £500 deposit just leave him there. They don’t care about the animals they just money money money! They kicked him out at 7.30 in the morning told me to take him to my vets as he would have to be put down, got to my Vets they knew nothing even tho they was going to call them, bearing in mind, we’re in a state as we’ve been told he will have to be put to sleep! After paying £1,117.35 that has now put us in debt.
More vet bills at our vets, in the end we took him home! Thankfully he is recovering….. so he didn’t need to be put to sleep at all. Absolutely disgusting about the price.

From the first point of contact, through to Charlies discharge, as his owners, we were treated with nothing but kindness and compassion from the team at Vets Now in Bitterne, Southampton.
We received more accurate information and guidance from the Vet, Gwen, than we have received from our own Vet.
I can't recommend the Team enough. They clearly really do care for the animals that they see.

The staff are fantastic but the prices are high. I understand the costing but it would have been nice to of been offered a payment plan.

Quickly and efficiently dealt with an inhaled grass seed out of hours. Anyone with a precious furbaby would appreciate how worrying it is when something isn't right - I felt my baby was in safest hands at all times and yes it cost around £600 but to be honest I'm not sure how much cheaper my normal vets would have been if I had waited until morning and wasn't prepared to risk it. All in all feel reassured that this service was there for me and wouldn't hesitate to use again if I felt my pets welfare was at all at risk.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, especially the vet herself, she was very patient with Rocky and took her time to explain everything to us. Especially staying after her shift. So thank you for that.

We were seen very quickly following my dog being attacked. All the nurses, vet and staff were so caring and friendly. The process was explained throughly which was very reassuring. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience during such a traumatic time.

I visited as an emergency out of hours with my tortoise.
Despite not having experience in exotics the vet sought advice and undoubtedly saved her life.
Follow up bandage changes out of hours have been friendly and professional.
The vet also started the different bandage designs too.

Very good very thorough explained everything clearly

Before even being seen, my dog was given a morphine injection which he didn't need. Our appointment lasted less than 8 minutes and we were charged £286. The unnecessary injection cost a further £77. You charged me £25 to print out a form for my insurance and a further £90 for 1 weeks worth of steroid cream. No human would be given morphine without an examination, so why was my dog? Very poor.
