Ordered 1 dress that rrp was £70 on sale at £14 so didnt expect much. Then saw another 3 dresses so for the price thought id get those too. Wanted to add to the 1st order and thought I could amend since it was only 15-20mins earlier but received a msg saying I cant amend. I refused to pay an additional £4 delivery charge so said id leave the 2nd order in that case. Then a lady emailed me apologising and said if I place the 2nd order she would ensure one of the del charges was refunded. She then said it looked like the items I ordered were party dresses and I may want to wear them for NYE so she would actually be processing them for no charge to arrive nxt day delivery. The dresses came and ALL were very good quality so kept them all which was enexpected and all fitted perfect. I didnt actually order them for NYE but ended up spolit for choice for 3 new outfits. Bargain! Great service and great outfits, happy customer..would recommend

I ordered this dress as a second choice as my first was out of stock in my size. Although the quality is not great, it feels a bit "cheap", it looks really good on. The sizing is good. I was happy with my choice. However, I have never worn an all sequin dress before so maybe this is me being naïve, but I did not expect it to be so uncomfortable. The sequins under the arms cut me to ribbons. In the end, I had to walk around with napkins under my arms just to stop the constant rubbing. Not a great look at a Christmas party. Although the dress looked lovely, I can never wear it again nor can I give it away.

poor refund
I bought 2 items.. a necklace for £20... and a jumpsuit for £35.. I paid £5 for next day delivery.. but I also had £5 off as a new customer.. the jumpsuit was nothing like the picture.. and was too small.. so I returned it.. to only receive £28 from a £35 jumpsuit.

Bending rules to avoid refunding outbound postage
Under Distance Selling Regulations if you return a full order the customer is refunded the outbound postage. However, these crafty devils have called their delivery fee a 'delivery subscription service' and they have then gone on to put in their t and c's that the 'delivery subscription service' is none refundable. So your delivery fee folks is now none refundable.
The 'delivery subscription service' is really pushing the definition of what a subscription service actually is as in this case the fee is only charged when a purchase is made - so technically just a delivery fee and not a subscription. Just a clever way of getting round it. Not a particularly open and honest way to trade. Other than that, delivery was fast and returns processed promptly.

Dress is a pretty good fit. Delivery was in a timely fashion. More stock would be good though.
