Absolute crap…
From the start the blind was delivered in a bent box with blind head damaged, not their fault but it happened. I took photos and contacted the company next day, was sent a reply form to show damage which I did, several days layer nothing had happened, so I contacted them again, got to speak to someone, told him about the damage, was sent a reply email to show damage, which I have done, still no reply. I told the man that the blind was so flimsy and definitely not worth £200, it was disgraceful to send out such a very poorly made blind. Was assured that the team would look into it and send a new blind head, still heard nothing, this is 3 days later, so in all it’s been over a week, I think I have been ripped off for £200. Just leave this company alone, they sell rubbish. Not at all worried about a customer.

The service was amazing
The service was amazing, directions were clear for measuring window, ordering was simple, and alot more affordable than I was expecting and compared to other sites. Delivery was kept updated and delivered on time. The PDF installation booklet was easy to use, I put them up myself on my own, the quality is amazing, am so pleased. Will be looking to order matching for my back window I am so happy! Purchase with confidence.

I made one phone call, I had the measurements & knew what I wanted. The salesperson couldn't have been more helpful and quickly & Clearly explained details such as fabric, open and close options etc. I paid by card & was given a despatch date. Fitting was easy with the helpful video. All so simple what a great experience

The blinds are stunning
The blinds are stunning, they were delivered on time, I’m glad they were wrapped in plastic because the boxes were wet with holes in them! But like I said they look stunning up, will recommend to family and friends.
