We do not trust Verivox any longer!!!
The change of energy-providers via Verivox is easy. But after some time we realized that we did not receive the promised immediate bonusses. We contacted the energy-provider who told us that the bonusses would be payed by Verivox. We contacted Verivox and they confirmed that they would do the payment. But they did not do it, now since 2 months!!! We've made several follow-ups and even got several e-mail confirmations and apologies from them - but still no money. It is extremely frustrating!
Never Verivox again!!!

Lots of promises when a mistake happened but zero action from Verivox and Deutsche Telekom AG
Since there was a huge mistake in our DSL contract with Deusche Telekom AG which was ordered via Verivox.de, we tried to inform both parties immediately. After an investigation by Verivox.de staff, they found that the Deusche Telekom technician had made a mistake during switching, therefore our contract had been changed from young tariff to a normal tariff which is way more expensive and we couldn't receive any bonus or voucher for Google Nest.
Finally, after several email to Deusche Telekom and Verivox.de, both parties promised for compensation, applying the missed bonus, sending us voucher to buy Google Nest, correcting the wrong contract and sending us the new one. Unfortunately after one month nothing is done by both parties, neither by Verivox.de nor by Deutsche Telekom.de.
Never Verivox or Deutsche Telekom again.
