I have been in contact with Oz from Vera Clinic since 2023. He is an outstanding medical coordinator who patiently answered all my questions and supported me throughout my journey. I would like to sincerely thank him for all the help he extended to me during this period.
I first heard about Vera Clinic through a friend who had his hair transplant there in 2023. After doing my own research, I realized that Vera Clinic is considered one of the top clinics in this field.
Finally, I underwent my hair transplant in February 2026, and my experience was excellent. The entire team was very professional and well organized, and they always followed their schedule perfectly, which I truly appreciated.
The clinic itself has a wonderful ambiance, and you immediately feel confident and comfortable the moment you enter the building. The doctors and their supporting staff are highly experienced and maintain a very positive and caring attitude.
It has now been 11 days since my procedure. Yesterday, Ms. Merve, the post-operative Consultant, contacted me and clearly explained the next steps after day 11. She was extremely professional, and I truly appreciate her guidance and support.
Overall, I had a great experience with Vera Clinic and would highly recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant.

Second transplant with Vera
One week post op since my second transplant with Vera, returning this time to have the crown area done and some mid scalp topped up for density. My first transplant with Vera was back in February 2025 for building a hairline and creating coverage on the top middle/front and I can truly say both experiences couldn't have gone anymore perfect! From the moment I contacted Vera I had a good feeling and knew they were the clinic for me right through from their professionalism and ensuring I understood everything to answering any concerns or questions I had promptly to the post care checking in with me on my progress and any further questions I may have had(Merve was my post care consultant and always there when needed)after returning home! The staff are amazing from the transfers to the clinic staff of translators, doctors and technicians! After the one year mark of my first transplant it was a total success and brought me the confidence back in myself I was so desperately seeking again! I can't wait to see what the next year brings now having completed my journey and having the last part of the crown completed! Thank you so much Vera!

Excellent Experience at Vera!
I had a very positive experience and wanted to share how well everything was handled at Vera Clinic from start to finish!
First, the transportation and logistics were excellent. From the airport pickup to the hotel, and from the hotel to the clinic, everything was clearly communicated ahead of time. The drivers were very courteous, always on time and the instructions were easy to follow. I had Kaan a couple of times and he was a pleasure to be around. The way everything was organized removed a lot of that anxiety; there were no surprises and the process felt smooth the entire time.
Operation day was nothing short of impressive. The clinic was clearly busy, but the entire operation is extremely organized and thoughtfully run. From the moment I arrived and checked in, everything moved efficiently. From the initial consultation to preparation and the different stages of the transplantation process. There was very little waiting and no confusion about what would happen next.
I also want to mention Dr. Emin and Dr. İrem who conducted the initial consultation and performed the recipient area incisions. They were patient and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and preferences. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable with the plan before moving forward. I really appreciated that they treated the consultation as a conversation and respected my input.
The day after the operation also went very smoothly. Once again, everything was well organized and clearly explained, so I knew exactly what to expect during the follow-up visit. It made the recovery process feel much less stressful.
Finally, I want to give a special shout out to the translators. On the first day I worked with Yamin, and the next day with Karem. Both were extremely professional, attentive, and supportive. They were great listeners and had wonderful bedside manner. Being in a foreign country for a medical procedure can naturally make you nervous, and they both did a great job helping me feel comfortable and understood throughout the process.
Overall, the professionalism, organization, and care from the entire team made this a very reassuring experience. I’m grateful for how smoothly everything was handled.

So the staff was friendly and had no issues with the treatment, or surgical experience. My issues stem from the hotel we stood at and the lack of communication once I got my surgery. The hotel unfortunately had brown running water for a few days out of the time I was there. I had to switch rooms multiple times and for some odd reason couldn’t control my own thermostat. The communication was great until I got my surgery than it became very minimal. I even had to make my own appointment because of the lack of communication. I still recommend people to go to Vera if they want good surgical treatment options.
