3 days post op and from initial contact querying about the service everything was top class. Got a personalised email back with what my procedure would entail.
Was then in touch with beyza who answered any queries. On the day of the procedure my translator was great really made me feel at ease. The next day my consultant was also very nice and helpful. Burcu has reached out for my 3 day follow up and will continue to monitor my progress. Transfers were great and hotel was very modern all in all a great experience.

While I’m still waiting on my final results, my experience so far has been very positive. From the time I first booked my consultation to assess my hair transplant case, the staff at Vera Clinic have been extremely caring, professional and communicative every step of the way. I was matched with their medical consultant, Mukremin, who helped answer all my questions, handled all logistics with hotel reservations and eased my anxiety leading up to my procedure.

I was well taken cared of from the time I landed in the city, during my procedure/post-procedure and then departing back home. I was traveling with family too so the clinic ensured they were accommodated into hotel stay and transportation logistics too.

I appreciate their team's transparency with my specific case as well as making sure I was at ease during my procedure. Post-operation, I was connected with their aftercare specialist, Burcu, who will be my go-to person during my healing journey. This reinforces my ease as their team wants to make sure I am tracking well with my expected recovery process.

From start to finish the service and treatment I recieved was top tier. Pick up and drop off at the airport, pick up and drop off to and from every treatment each day. Every driver on time everytime and always friendly.

In the consultation when designing my hairline they were patient with me when I wanted to make changes and had 3 doctors checking for me to make sure it was right for me.

My interpretor was so nice and friendly and answered every question and concern I had and also made sure I was ok and comfortable every step of the way. Thank you so much to her.

As for the surgery the doctors and technicians are highly professional and will exceed all your expectations.

I was amazed with how they carried everything out so efficiently and they are honestly experts at what they do.

Its important to note that my review is based on my experience of the treatment and service not my actual results as Im only on day 3 of recovery.

Even so they have done a 3 day follow up today Now im back in the UK and gave me aftercare tips and answered all my questions.

I will honestly be reccomending vera clinic to anybody who asks me about hair transplants.

In terms of surgery I had 5000 grafts and the placement looks like I will have a great result only time will tell. Maybe I will need a second transplant later but only time will tell.

Another thing to mention is the hotel that was included was very nice and I had a good stay.

I am four days post-op from my hair transplant surgery and am feeling good!

As I’m sure many men are, I was hesitant about doing a hair transplant at first and about doing it abroad. But I’m glad I did it and I was really impressed by the level of professionalism at Vera Clinic.

The facility is state-of-the-art and they have a team of specialists for every part of the process (translators, photographers, barbers, extractors, implanters, hair washers, consultants for pre-op and post-op, etc.) so everyone is an expert in their specific job.

I had 4800 grafts done and it took about 7 hours. I only felt the slightest bit of pain (maybe a 3/10) for 90 seconds when they were numbing my scalp. After that, you lay back and let them work. (You get a brief lunch break in the middle.)

The next morning, I went to another location for the hyperbaric chamber oxygen therapy. I was so nauseous before it (maybe from the trauma, medication, not eating that morning?) but it definitely helped with the nausea. Then, later that day, we went back to Vera for washing and post-op instructions. Again, I was really impressed with the staff, their attention, and care.

The hotel was beautiful and Vera’s transportation to everything made it convenient!

I would highly recommend!

I went for a hair tranplant over 2 years ago to this clinic.
The results are very poor due to overharvesting of doner hair and hairline being incorrectly inplanted.
I have tried to contact the clinic and they did reply saying they would help but then cut all comunications on whatsapp.
I would not recomend this clinic and regret my decision to go there.

Very pleasant staff explained the procedure well and made to feel relaxed. From the drivers to the doctors all staff was very polite and professional.

Going on my 3rd month after receiving my transplant with Vera Clinic. So far, it's not looking bad at all, so I will leave my review of the entire process. Getting a hold of them is not hard and they are quite good at staying in touch and offering you options. After you do your consultation, they'll let you know what would work best for you, however, I was told I'd get 5k grafts (hold on to that thought). So, i scheduled my surgery with them, it was within a week, but they still accommodated me. The procedure and rest time take 3 days, but I wanted to spend an extra day to see Istambul, so they were kind enough to give me one extra day in the hotel for free (THANK YOU for that). Arrived at the airport, instructions were clear, so got picked up quickly. Hotel was amazing and check in was fast. Next day, for the consultation, after a review of my scalp, I was told my hair was thinning or too thin, then they made my outline where the grafts would be removed and replaced... then, after agreeing to pay, you pay (Note: Cash comes with more savings than using card). After that, you change clothes then pictures before/after shaving your head. Then, off to the surgery. I was introduced to the entire team and off we went. Not going to lie, the Anesthesia was the most painful part, the rest I couldn't feel (it was still uncomfortable but manageable). Mid procedure (after extraction), it was lunch break, which was quite delicious for what it was (a quick sandwich and small dessert), it was off to start the 2nd part, inserting the grafts. This process was just as the extraction, it didn't hurt, but it was annoying. There was a spot which did hurt, and I was offered more anesthesia (for free, btw), but when I was told they were almost done, I just manned up. We finished, bandages applied and went on to talk to an advisor that gives you a package with pills (pain killers, anti inflammatory and anti-biotics) instructions on when to take them and how to sleep (they showed me first, then gave me the instructions). A short wait then i was transported back to hotel to rest. The trying to sleep is complicated, but eventually you get used to it for that night. Next day, after breakfast, you get transported for your hair wash and red light therapy. Then they instruct you on how to care for your hair for the next few weeks. You are given a shampoo and a moisturizer and a set of instructions. You are also offered some other products to help speed up the healing and growth, but you can decline them (they are not pushy). Finally, they give you your certificate for the operation/warranty, I only received 3500 grafts (not 5000), but again, my hair has been thinning so there was not much they can do, so be ready for that. Next day, off it was to the airport. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience. My only thing was that everything happened so fast at times that I missed some of the info (I thought I didn't get my PRP shot, but they told me they did that first (they just didn't tell me at the moment). I definitely recommend Vera Clinic to anyone that wants to have a hair transplant, they are pretty good at what they do!

I had my hair transplant 5 days ago in Vera Clinic Istanbul, and so far the experience has been excellent. The procedure was smooth, and the medical team was professional and very reassuring throughout.

Recovery has been easier than expected, with only mild discomfort. I followed the aftercare instructions, and everything seems to be healing well so far.

It’s still early days, but I’m feeling positive about the results and glad I decided to go ahead with it.

Everything went smoothly with nothing unexpected. Pick up from the airport, the hotel, transport to and from the clinic and back to the airport all perfect. Idyll kept in touch prior to flying out and answered all my questions. Burcu has been in regular contact since my return which is great to have this follow up contact. The procedure itself went well and nothing unexpected. I am only 11 days post op so no results as yet but all going to plan so far. A couple of minor observations: not sure why all the clinics have slightly different post op instructions, how many days/weeks before you can do this or that etc. You would think at the many conferences they have they could agree between them all a standard process. Overall the instructions from Vera seem sensible and I have followed them to the letter. Regarding the products recommended, I would have preferred a consultation on this prior to flying out to discuss what they would recommend for me, as they know my age, level of hair loss etc. This way the full cost is known upfront. Different clinics seem to vary wildly in the products they recommend even for those in similar circumstances, whether minoxidil oral/topical or finasteride or other. Some consistent recommendations would be better for everyone. I again was happy with the products recommended for me though. Lastly I would suggest discussing your possible hairline before flying out so that you can make sure you are happy beforehand, as there is little time for long conversations on the day. The hairline is the key part and if you have agreed beforehand then this leaves no doubts on the day. We had a little back and forth with mine but ok at the end. Would definitely recommend the Vera Clinic to anyone else thinking about this procedure.

From the moment I arrived, everything was extremely well organized — airport pickup, hotel accommodations, and clinic scheduling were all handled seamlessly. The staff was professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away.

The medical team was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process in detail. I had 4400 grafts done using the Sapphire FUE method, and the procedure went smoothly. You can tell they have a lot of experience and truly care about delivering high-quality, natural-looking results.

Post-operation care has also been great. They provided clear aftercare instructions and have been responsive with any questions I’ve had since the procedure.

I had a hair transplant at Vera clinic 4 weeks ago and it was genuinely such an amazing experience. From the initial consultation I right through to the procedure and after care treatment everything was handled with proper professionalism and efficiency.

The team are very knowledgable and do a great job of making sure you’re looked after. If you have any fears about visiting turkey for a hair transplant I can assure you Vera clinic will look after you.

I’m 4 weeks post op and have been receiving regular check ins from the post op team and everything seems to be going to plan!

Im currently 2 weeks after my operation. I have been very happy with everything so far. All staff were very friendly, and approachable, everything was explained in detail. They always answered all my inquiries. So far I'm also very satisfied with the post op care. Burcu and Muhamad have been great. Im looking forward to seeing positive results soon.

4 months post transplant and can’t believe my eyes! The front hairline has already grown in and people tell me I look 10 years younger. The crown is on the slower side but that is to be expected. Have to trust the process and give it time. I am currently using finlipro topical finasteride and vegamour gro+ advanced shampoo and conditioner daily. So far I have to say best decision I’ve made for myself in years! Thank you Vera Clinic.

I had my hair transplant at Vera Clinic in Turkey and the experience was very positive. Everything was extremely well organized, and the entire team was very professional and attentive throughout the procedure. They were always very attentive to my concerns and always asked me if I was okay and if there was anything else I needed. They were simply the best.
The post-operation support was also excellent. The recovery process was much easier thanks to the guidance I received. I would especially like to thank my post-operative consultant, Merve, who was always available and very helpful with advice and answers during my recovery.

I had a hair transplant with Vera Clinic just over two years ago, and I’ve recently returned for a second procedure to add more density to my hair.

The new facility is absolutely fantastic, and every member of the staff is equally impressive. It’s honestly hard to believe they have so many great people working together under one roof.

To find words to describe the experience, I would really just be repeating my original review from two years ago.

Everything is meticulously planned and runs like clockwork.
