Venntro took money from my account AFTER the site that I was subscribed to , was apparently liquidated and membership was moved ( unasked for ) to a new / other site that also required subs for full membership.
Venntro is uncontacable , but scamming people all the way.....

If there was a no star option I would have used it!! This company is rubbish!

Let it be known that i am a paying client with an active subscription.
On 23 July 2024 i received an email stating the website will be getting a new look after which the website disappeared from 26 July 2024 till present.
As from Monday the 29th i noticed that all my private information was moved from Venntro Media UK to Arnaze Online ,Dublin Ireland without prior notification a clear violation of privacy laws !!!!!!!!!!

Have been a paying member of a dating site for a couple of years. I made repeated requests for them to deal with the problem of scammers operating freely on the site. I have been threatened by scam gangs when I have exposed them and challenged them. I have threatened to report them to OFCOM for failing to meet the terms of their customer charter regarding safety and protection from criminals operating freely on the site. Nothing has changed. Now the site has been down for three days, and it looks like there may be some serious problem. I can't get a response from the help email. I have recently paid for a full year subscription and I fear that I have been duped into paying up front for a service that was about to crash. We shall see.

Scum somehow hacked into my bank account tried to take out money but the bank was on it and stopped them,reported them,so hopefully will see them get what they deserve. Thieving scum.keep well away

Again venntro trying to get money from my bank account. How many times do you need telling I'm not on any dating sites. Bank fraud department involved and Slough trading standards. Have an interview with my solicitor tomorrow. All I need is money back in my bank account and venntro to leave me and all the other people you are scamming alone.

Joined 4th June with a 75% discount, but was still charged the whopping normal amount! thankfully had my proof! Company did not bother to check amount !!
Only by myself checking seeing I’ve been overcharged !
I then waited 3 weeks for refund of over payment!
So correct amount is paid. Now to add insult! I’m put on basic! I’ve sent numerous support messages just being ignored so I’ve paid but no service! Complete muddle with changing site names hasn’t helped: I have paid for but no service.😡

Evil people wiped out my acct. I hope they rot in he'll. Keep saying they have sent money back but nothing. I see it's a big scam than they are gloating about their millions. Why aren't they all in jail for life.

Scammers - joined Only Christians Dating and I unsubscribed for a trial for 1 week - years ago , they still try to take money for my bank account i have change my card , they still trying . Very bad

These thieving scum just attempted to rob me of £132. I can't even remember what site this is from, but I know for a fact I would never agree to pay that kind of money, not even to a legitimate site, which this is most definitely not. So they obviously keep you card details on file and then excuse their behaviour by claiming they tell you they will rob you in their T&C's, which I am willing to bet, they do not.

This company has tried to take money from my debit card twice now. Both times the bank has caught it and flagged it as fraud, new cards each time. I am not on any dating sites and I have no idea where they are getting my details…be very careful!

I joined for 1.99. I then tried to cancel which is impossible to do if a window pops up saying i dont have a membership to cancel. Next thing you have STOLE 164.95 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. I called and got told did i read terms and conditions. These are irrrelevant to me if i cannot find a way to remove myself from your site making it easy for you to take my money as I could not get off your dating site. Robbing people over 60 is a real low down dirty thing. I have reported you to trading standards.

UPDATE: THEY HAVE( AS A GESTURE OF GOODWILL) DECIDED TO GIVE ME £66 OF MY STOLEN MONEY BACK TO ME WHICH IS A 6MONTH SUBSCRIPTION AND ALSO DELETEDMY ACCOUNT . SO I NOW HAVE 6 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION TO A DELETED ACCOUNT, THAT NOW AMOUNTS TO A TOTAL OF £99 THEY HAVE STILL STOLEN FROM ME AND I,M SUPPOSED TO BE GRATEFUL !!!!

They have scammers gallore on their dating site... OVER SIXTIES SINGLES with generic messages and gushing romantic long winded message declaring love.... and winks from men asking to contact you via email or phone or giving their details out.... saying theyve only got one message as they arent a fully paid member so i need to g8ve oersoanl details..... I dont. But I never saw that. One message option...funny that.... The site then charged me £98 on Friday when I thought id only signed up to three months for £60.00..they wont give me back my money... Disgraceful uncaring ane unprofessional behaviour... they dont care about LOVE only MONEY. Ps No men write back after the initial contact.... Someone needs to investigate..

IF YOU PAID BY VISA OR ANY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD FOR A SET TIME AND THEY ARE TAKING EXTRA MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS OR STEALING YOUR MONEY THOSE ARE CALLED CARD SALES AND THE BANK CANNOT DEAL WITH IT. TELEPHONE THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD AND FIRST OF ALL PUT A BLOCK ON THEM TAKING PAYMENTS. HAVE YOUR BANK STATEMENT WITH YOU WHEN YOU TELEPHONE AND DETAIL THE DATES AND ILLEGAL AMOUNTS AND THE NAME OF THE DATING SITE WHICH TOOK THE MONEY. THE ILLEGAL PAYMENTS WILL BE TAKEN BACK OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNT AND PUT INTO A HOLDING FUND UNTIL THE CARD PROVIDERS INVESTIGATE. It takes a wee while but at least there is hope you will get it back. IF YOU ARE IN ENGLAND THAT IS GOOD AS YOU CAN TELEPHONE ACTION FRAUD ON 03001232040 IN ADDITION TO INFORMING VISA AND THEY WILL INVESTIGATE THEM for potential fraud. If resident in Scotland we have to telephone 101 which is the police here to report the crime as well but the message you get is - only continue to hold if you need the immediate presence of the police otherwise hang up and go to their site and fill in a report. Remember if you have filled out a bank debit for monthly, quarterly, or annual payments you are covered by a bank guarantee but not if it is a debit or credit card sale. So GO TO YOUR BANK and let them know Venntro Media Group are the parent company and they will be investigated. I could never get into my account first time. They kept telling me they had no record of me. I would try a second time the page would jump to a new page and I would then get through it was really suspicious. Even when I became a paying member and paid 3 months upfront they would not let me in on the first page. So I was writing to a really nice local guy who was a paid up member as well and local to me and he was writing to me. They time barred me one night!!!!!!!! a fully paid up new member. What was that all about? Were they doing something to my account so I went to my bed. The guy meanwhile through the night had written me 3 nice letters asking if he could come round and meet me the next day. I only was able to read the 3 headings of the messages in the morning and not able to answer them sadly as the guy had blocked me from his profile because I had not answered him as I was time barred the night before. That is when I came on this site to read reviews and I felt sick and scared. I am 76. I emailed Venntro about it all and all the problems I had with them not recognising me all the time and time barring me, and told them I could not believe the horrific reviews on the site. I also told them they had stopped me from meeting a nice guy.
They only sent me a code to change my password consisting of my name and a number and said that was my new PASSWORD to get into my account and I could change it anytime. HOW CAN THEY GIVE ME PASSWORDS. THEY NEVER ADDRESSED THE MATTER OF TIME BARRING ME OR COMMENTED ON MY BEING SAD AT NOT BEING ABLE TO CONTACT A NICE GUY. I HAVE NOT WENT BACK INTO THE SITE AGAIN SO WILL HAVE TO LOSE 2 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION. THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THE HELP AND SUPPORT EMAILS I HAD TO CONTACT GLOBAL PERSONALS UK. SO THAT IS THE FOURTH COMPANY EVEN THOUGH VENNTRO SUPPORT SENT THE EMAIL.

Is Venntro Media Group a haven for scamming Dating sites and their administrators, such as adult mates and datingover50s

I joined in March, dating over 50s, on a one-year subscription that will be renewed in March 2025. My bank statement stated a payment of “£164.95 had gone out to Gbdating.com for this subscription. I checked my bank account 3 weeks later, and I found that Gbdataing had also taken 2 further payments from my bank account on the 4th of April for £1.00 and then 4 days later, on the 8th of April for £164.95
I emailed support@gbdating Watch, which turned out to be The Venntro Customer Care team, on 3 occasions and asked, “What are these payments for?” 3 different members of the team said in 3 separate emails “that it was payment for joining Adultmates.com” I said I had never heard of this dating site and Nor had I logged into this Adultmates.com site
I checked my email for Adultmates.com and found 2 unopened Emails, both from the 4th of April, 5 minutes in between the other, the first asking me to Click on a Red Box to Verify my email address to use Adult mates, as I had said I had not opened this email so I could not have ticket this Red Box, and the 2nd Email saying. “Payment made to Arnalgarn Limited /Arnalgarn.com” billed at £1.00 ( 4 days later, bg dating took another £164.95)
I asked the Venntro Customer Care team to send me the server logs to prove I had logged into Adultmates.com. I knew I had the standard 14-day Cooling-off Period, so I had two days to cancel. I instructed them to cancel all my subscriptions to their dating site as of 16/04/2024
The next day, I received the following email in reply

As i have said, I have yet to see proof that i had clicked on the Box in the email to Verify my email address and that i had then selected a 3-day subscription.

I asked for a 6 month contract. You took an entire 6 months off my accoint in one go without informing me. I am a pensioner like most people on this site. I will have to cut back on everything to pay for this. I also have no access and being told to pay again even though the money is, off my account. Sort this out please.

COMPLETE SCAM ARTISTS. SIGNED UP TO PLENTY MORE FISH ON A THREE DAY TRIAL THAT EXPIRED THEN THEY STOLE NEARLY £200 FROM MY DEBIT CARD. THIS IS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY AND I WILL NOT REST UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK

I signed up for a 3 day trail period that they provide, thinking that after 3 days I'm done with the website, I'd be blocked from using it, which was fine for me. What do they do, on the 4th day they take a full year subscription out of my bank account, yes a full 12 months. They are crooked beyond belief. If anything you would think they would take the next step up 3 months, but not them straight to 12 months.
