Fast delivery and awesome sneakers

I’ve ordered three pairs of Vejas and they always arrive fast and perfect. Once I ordered the wrong size and customer service was available and corrected my mistake right away. No AI bots asking me a million questions. One of the best companies I’ve dealt with, hands down.

Sole wore through after 4 months

Shoes were smaller than I expected but otherwise seemed fine. Had them for 4 months and the sole has worn so thin that they are unwearable.
I contacted customer service (who responded pretty quick to be fair) who basically told me that the shoes would last longer if I wore them less.

Overall I'm pretty disappointed in the quality. They were very expensive shoes for something that wears out that quickly, and I didn't wear them every day.

I like the ethos of the company but I'm not willing to spend that much on shoes I need to replace every 4 months so I won't be getting another pair.

Okay experience

Shipping didn't take that long and product was in proper condition upon arrival. It wasn't clear to me that fees/duties would be required upon delivery. Maybe I missed it but I notice some websites do a good job of making it really clear so there's no surprises for the customer. Have been looking at the product for a few years so very happy to have it overall.

The shoes are branded as eco-friendly, they are not

The shoes are branded as eco-friendly, instead I purchased a pair of sneakers from the Mexico store and they were shipped from France!. Plus, I had to pay a surcharge for import feed that was about 1/3rd the cost of the product.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. I’ve had a pair of Campos for two months, during which time the sole has started to come away. I raised the issue with Veja, who told me this wasn’t covered by their guarantee and I needed to get them repaired at my cost. Shoes costing this much shouldn’t start to come apart after only a few weeks of normal use!
