I have used Brett twice to service the airconditioning on two of my cars. Great attention to detail, Brett makes every effort to achieve the best outcome for one's car and this time spent more time extracting system contamination created by an old failing compressor before replacing with a new unit. Recommend consulting and using Brett first on airconditioning service and problems.

Second time I've used Brett at Vehicools in the last 2-3 months, for both my cars. He's provided a prompt and outstanding service both times at a very affordable price. He assessed and re-gassed a Mitsubishi Shogun for me, which is still running icy cold. So I asked him the re-gas my Mercedes C Class. He attended late yesterday afternoon, as arranged. Re-gassed the a/c and gave me a thorough report on it's status, which he does every time. Absolute top bloke and a great service. You know he's good when you have to wait a week or so for a booking! But well worth it.

Brett came out today to check the AC on my Maserati, after a good visual check of the system, it was de-gassed, checked for leaks / pressure tested and filled with the correct quantity of gas. Ice cold now... one very happy customer, and completed for an extremely good price.

Terrible experience with Vehicools in Basingstoke earlier today. The proprietor of the company was extremely rude borderline aggressive! I’d advise anyone within the Hampshire region looking to have their air conditioning repaired to look elsewhere.
