I live in London, I have returned few purchases to VP in November 2019. Since then I only received small part of the refund and never got money back for large purchases I made and it’s been to loon to try to claim it back from the credit card. That is after being a loyal customer for 7-8 year and spending thousands of pounds with VeePee!
There are no telephone lines are working after the close of business in UK and all my numerous emails are not being unanswered!

Terrible experience. I have been waiting for my order for more than a month even though the latest delivery date was two weeks ago. I have tried to contact client service, but no reply. I have had some bad experiences with them last time (my parcel got delivered far away from the place I have chosen without any call/ message of confirmation with me. They took this decision by themselves) as well but nothing comparable to this time. I have no doubt that I will stop shopping on their platform as well as I don’t advise it to my family, friends and whoever reads this comment. Work on you service, veepee!

Some of the products are only for the rubbish. The shipping takes also one month. Definitely not recommended

We are waiting since three months for a re-payment of 300 Euros. We proved the return of the ordered coats but never received the money back. They wrote they would arrange the paypal return but nothing happend. Do not trust them.

Placed an order for 2 items today on veepee.it
My credit card was debited three times, once for both items and then twice again for every item. Customer service won’t help at phone at all so I have to wait for them to eventualy respont to my mail.

I paid for two items to be delivered at the beginning of January. One item was delivered shortly the other was cancelled by the company because the run out of stock but they only told me after two months of payment. They haven't refund my money for more than a month after cancellation but in the app the status of my order seems refunded. I sent several emails, the are supossed to be replied within 48 hours but I have been waiting for rely over 15 days already. I think they are not reliable and keep your money. Last time so buy there.

These are OK until you have a problem, I received an item that was faulty and I still have not been able to return it or received a refund, extremely disappointed with this company. 👎

I trust Veepee in terms of online shopping.. All Signature Products are affordable with all the discount prices.. Deliveries of my order are faster and I received in all good condition..

Because of the high quality goods sold on the website Vente Prive was a wonderful shopping experience. I hope the brand returns to the UK soon

I have placed an order that I never received. I complained several times already and received one apologetic email to every complain I made, confirming that a refund and a complimentary voucher will be credited to my account. It has been two months already and so far nothing. If you can, avoid this platform as they are clearly not serious. I for one will never use them again. It seems to me that they are great when everything goes well, at the first problem they simply couldn't care less, apart from sending automatic pre-written apology emails. Terrible customer service.

Great app with excellent products in range, brand and quality. Great discounts. Good communications. Gots lots going for it BUT operations now suspended in the UK! Very sad. 😩
