Do not buy a dress off this company the quality is shocking and they also refuse me my refund one min I'm offered 20% refund then thay offered me a 35% refund and also the dress was the dress did not fit my mom and the dress was bought for a wedding what an absolute disgrace

Absolutely DO NOT buy anything from this company. The merchandise is cheap and nasty and they will not refund!!! I ordered 3 dresses and they said to just have 1 at a time so I asked for a refund for the other 2 dresses and they agreed to send the refund that was back in June 21 and it is now October 21 and I have still not received my refund. The dress I received is not worth the money and I would urge anyone thinking of buy to not waste their money you will be so disappointed.

I ordered a dress one Thursday in July.
And within a few hours i cancel the order only to be told
Via email that they had already started to make the dress I informed them that the payment was pending from my bank but they said they I couldn’t cancel the order.
I emailed them again and told they that I would NOT be taking delivery of the dress.
So they agreed and said that I could not cancel myself and that they would cancel the order for me.
Well that was back in July.
I have sent them around 70 emails I paid with my Visa card so I have gone too the bank and they said that I have to wait until the 3/8/22
So they have Waited until the the 2nd aug and Vedress sent me an email to say they have paid my refund into my bank
But I now have to wait another 10 to 14 days before it cleared but there is nowhere to check if they are just delaying it again .
So am going to go down the line of letting the bank
Sort it out for me .
I think it time for are government to stop all these scam companies from taking are money in this way
And step in and stop the Chinese from trading like this
But they won’t they are making to much money from
Import duty.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The company is Vedress Mother of Groom (vedress.co.uk). One star above is too much for them, believe me.
Stay away from them, please! They are not a correct business, they are not in London, how they say, the dress is very poor quality, and even Shein dresses (the cheap website that provides clothes from China) have better quality. On the dress calculation, there was information that there are no shipping fees, but I have been charged 19 pounds for shipping, altogether a paid 120 pounds for NOTHING good that I could use for the wedding! Before purchasing that dress, I asked the company if they are situated in London because this is the official address on their website. They have been very nice, responding that their 'designers will use my personal measurements to make that dress, but never confirmed where the company's official address was. The dress arrived 23 days after purchasing it, and I realised that the material quality was very poor, and cheap looking. It was not chiffon, but a kind of net that made me sweating, not breathable, and very heavy. Furthermore, the dress was not well done regarding my own measurements, and I sent photos where was visible that the decollete was too wide and it didn't stay well on my arms, the armholes were too tight and I couldn't move my arms, the sleeves were too long- not the length provided by me. I contacted the company on the same day when being delivered because there are 15 days to return their dress. Two weeks after many emails, I have realised that they were wasting my time, not providing their return address, which I have been requesting so many times. They even said that they don't need the dress as it will be destroyed anyway, and I can keep it. The only thing that they offered was to be compensated with 25 pounds only, instead of forwarding my Return and Refund Form request on their website. I agreed to pay the shipping fees of 19 pounds again, to send the dress back, and to be refunded. After losing so much nerve, 2 weeks before the wedding, I contacted my bank, they did the refund, and now, Vedress is looking for another 60 pounds from me as a payment for the material that they used to make that dress. Shocking!!! They breached the Return and Refund Policy on their official website. There is an ongoing investigation. DO Not trust that company!

If I could give no stars I would this company us to be avoided at all costs I took measurements went from guide they provided paid upfront for a wedding guest dress when it arrived it was nothing like pictures quality was shocking and was about 2 sizes too small I have fought with them for 2 months for a refund and still only received part of the money I paid

Ordered a dress for my son's wedding which arrived without any paperwork and crammed into a ridiculously small plastic bag.The applique to the front is peeling away with loose thread everywhere.The back of the dress has a train which was not seen on their website when I chose this design and the material is of questionable quality.I have been emailing for over a month sending them photos as requested in order to get a refund or returns address with a lady only known as ALICE and it's like banging your head against a brick wall.
She is either thick or,more likely,delaying hoping I will go away.I have told them I have had enough and will contact Trading Standards but will this work considering they are a Chinese outfit.
Little update regarding this mob.After many weeks of emails flying back and forth I was promised a paltry partial refund which I am still waiting for several weeks later.Such wonderful Customer Service(HA,HA).Is there any method of banning this company from trading in the UK?

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. On the 30th May 2021,I, alongside too many other unsuspecting customers fell foul to this scam company. I received a garment several sizes too small, had no size or laundry label, no invoice or returns address. I tried unsuccessfully to attempt to recover my money back. It was only after several nonsensical emails from them that I emailed to enlighten them that due to their violation of selling policies I felt I had no choice but to seek the assistance of the ombudsman and the small claims lawyers court, also wrote to the media and sought a claim from my credit card company. Vedress offered me £60 compensation which I refused and insisted that only the full refund of £95.99 would reverse the action I had taken against their company. I quickly got a response and I received a full refund. They also gave me their returns address which I hope is helpful to those who are struggling as I was. they claim it to be : ROOM 0811, 8th FLOOR, CHANGHE BUILDING, CHANGJIANG WEST ROAD, SHUSHAN DISTRICT, HEFEI, ANHUI, CHINA. ZIPCODE: 230088. On Googling this address it seems that many other trade names appear to operate from this same address. BUYER BEWARE.

Beautifully made dress as per the picture. I paid to have rush order . I gave them all my measurements and the wedding dress was made to order at a fraction of a bridal shop price. Have no idea what everyone is complaining about , as long as you give them the measurements and pay the additional £15 for custom sizing you cannot go far wrong! Would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

If you have used your credit card please claim using them you will get your money back and maybe enough complaints will shut the company

The dress I received was not fit for purpose as so small I could not get it on being 4” too narrow on shoulders/bust to do up.

This is an absolute scam and after 17 emails have been offered 25% money back.

There are no markings or size.

I am embarrassed because I did not check reviews first.

I ordered a size up from my normal size as the website says they are standard UK sizes. The dress that arrived is far too small so I asked for a refund so I could then order a bigger size and they have said no, they offered to send a piece of the same cloth so I cold get an alteration done but that would spoil the shape of the dress and cost me more. They have a returns policy which requires the dress to be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean and that it is returned in the original packaging, I have not worn it, washed it, altered it, it is clean and I have the original packaging yet they are still fobbing me off. Don't go by what they are saying is a standard UK size because they are nowhere near the right size. Unimpressed.

Don’t buy from this company the clothes ard poorly made and badly sized i have been trying to return the garment for a refund they will not accept this and i have negotiated a very unacceptable 30% refund and to keep the suit which can never be worn however, i have not had the agreed refund!!!!! And am still chasing the whole experience has been awful/ please do not waste your money.

Wife bought a dress, arrived and does not fit, measurements totally wrong, very poor quality and ignore complaints.

Bought a trouser suit for my son's wedding,sent measurements,when it arrived the top would barely go on there was padding in all the wrong places, nothing like the measurement I sent,they requested photos,which I sent,£100 down the draiñ,they should not be allowed to get away with this.

recieved dress far too small and poor quality,they want all my measurements and said the dress is handmade to order,no such thing.wont give a return address.100 pounds wasted,do not use this company.

I was hesitant after seeing all the reviews saying nothing arrived. I decided to buy a dress on my credit card so that if it didn't arrive I could make a claim.

The company didn't send updates but they did produce a dress to my size and delivered within 3 weeks. I was expecting a much longer wait.

The dress has arrived and is beautiful. I'm really happy with it.

i brought a wedding dress with this company on the 12th april this year, omg what a joke. you couldnt give it away. its very cheap looking and i ordered a size 16 and along came a size 10. i cant get in contact with them now. please dont waste your money as you will be very disapointed

Do Not buy from them. What you receive is nothing like what the product looked like on website. It is tat, rubbish and you couldn’t give it away. They are scammers.

BEWARE - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Ordered a Mother Of The Bride outfit at a total cost of £118-99, it arrived within a week. Unfortunately it did not fit and was unsuitable. I decided to follow their instructions regarding returning the item and completed their online form, After 3 days of not receiving a reply, I completed the form again, still no reply, I tried a 3rd time again without success I eventually contacted them via their "Contact us" page explaining the situation and eventually received a reply asking me to send photos of the fault, I explained that the dress did not fit, their reply was, send photos etc. I again replied with at the same details and again I received the following -

Each of our dresses is hand made after order and we do not have any stocks.
Which means all our dresses cannot be resold or restocked.
Before we can accept any items back, we need some proof of it to be submitted to the QA and RAM department, to identify the problems first.
Hope you can understand and help us!

These items are clearly not made to order as they quote standard sizes.
I replied on the 28th April that it was obvious that they had no intention of accepting the returns or returning my money. I am still waiting for a response, I won't hold my breath

PLEASE don't use this company. I wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from them. The dress is badly made and I asked for a returns form the day it arrived. I too have been asked to send photos and the last email received from them says "Thanks for your reply and photos, I've checked them with our factory and we found the dress itself looks fine and beautiful. Could you please consider to try it? The beauty will be better in person" They have no intention of ever letting me return the dress let alone giving me a refund.
