This is a Chinese website falsely advertising as a uk site, DO NOT USE THIS SITE, no labels on the clothes, wrong sizing, very poor quality, and no refund and too expensive to send back to CHINE if you even manage to get an address

Awful experience. I would give it minus if I could.
The item I purchased was about 5 sizes smaller than what I ordered. Could't even get it over my head. Their Returns policy bears no resemblance to my experience or content of their policy. I have been discouraged from returning the item. Despite repeatedly asking for returns address it still is not forthcoming, only an offer of 10% then 14% offer in way of compensation. . I paid nearly £200 for this item and still unable to return it. absolutely disgraceful service

Absolutely atrocious experience. Paid for fast delivery in early April and only got the dress at the end of may after the event. The quality of dress was shocking it was stuffed into a small package therefore the dress was creased which would require dry cleaning to remove. Customer service were not helpful at all didn't care. Nobody should order from this sham of a website

Update: 16 December: Although the company agreed back in August to give me a refund for an incorrectly sized dress, I am still waiting for it months later. I had to pay for returning the dress to mainland China back in June. I am constantly told to 'be patient' and that the accounts department are processing the refund.
I ordered a dress through Vedress back in the spring. It was to be custom made, and I supplied my measurements. After receiving a strange email stating that it was to be made up to a different set of measurements, and my re-stating my measurements, I have just recevied the dress. It is a beautiful dress and well made, but it is about seven and a half inches too small in the bodice.
I asked for a refund, attaching photographs and pointing out that this dress is impossible to wear, and that it is not made up to the measurements I provided. They replied insisting that a very small variation in size was to be expected.
This is not a very small variation in size, as the photographs with the tape measure surely prove.
I want a refund, having received a incompetent service and a dress I cannot possiblly wear. I have been waiting for over six months and the matter is still not resolved.

I ordered a trouser suit for a wedding. It arrived in a very small envelope, so was very creased. There was also a fault in the trousers. The jacket was pressed so badly the lining showed. The top had a fitted bra, which was in the wrong place. They promised a small refund, but never sent it. When I asked to return the item for full refund, they threaten you with - it will probably get lost in the post.

Please be warned, DO NOT USE THIS CHINESE COMPANY.

Shocking, I was overcharged and the dress arrived today OMG it’s awful, nowhere near the size I ordered and given the shocking reviews I know I won’t get a refund so it’s gone in the bin, stay far far away from this company, the photos of the items do not look anything like what arrives

Absolutely dreadful company. I sent my outfit back in good time and the company refused to give me a refund. Truly shocking, especially given the outfit cost me £150.!!!!! Don’t ever buy anything from this company.

I today received my dress which I ordered 19 days ago, so as displayed within the time limits. I am pleased with my item which I had custom made and all seems exactly as I requested. The material is of a good quality, the lace part is quite stiff, but should soften on wearing. I would just say that communication is poor and no updates were received throughout the time I waited, but true to their word it arrived and no complaints from me otherwise. I do not understand why so many bad comments, I would use again, but just don't expect to be kept informed.

I ordered 2 dresses for my wedding, 1 of which they wouldn't send even though they took my money for it! Eventually they agreed to send 2nd dress ,I then sent 1 back in November, I am still waiting for refund ,after sending around 40 emails .

I ordered a dress from Vedress on the 27th Dec 2021, after reading the reviews, I cancelled my order 28th Dec 2021. Today 13th Jan 2022 I'm still waiting for my refund. Not impressed.

My mum ordered an outfit for my wedding. She is 82 years old and when it eventually arrived- after the wedding- it was far far too small, more like an 6 or 8, than a 14 as ordered. When I asked to return and refund, they asked for a photo!!!! Of my 82 year old mum in something she can’t get on at all- very odd! And they would see what they could do! This outfit was not as ordered and a full refund plus should be returned to her- it was not particularly cheap either! Shocking treatment and customer service! I hope I can get her her refund soon.

Avoid like the plague; shoddy goods and totally misleading website. Website says they are made to order yet states 'only x number left'. The items are same quality as something cheap from a market or boot sale. They don't have a returns policy and simply ignore requests to return

Hi all, My partner has bought a Mother Of The Bride dress from these people and i can honestly say that the garment is shocking to say the least.Materials used are very low quality and stitching is awful.From what I have read on other reviews theres no chance of getting your money back from these lowlifes.Email from them
does not give information on their returns policy and only has a mobile number to call them on which is very shady.She sw the advert on Facebook so be advised not to use them!!!!!

These people are scammers. Cheap material that doesn't fit and they will not give you a return address or return your money PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
