5 star service from veals. I ordered the wrong reel, left message with them next morning first thing speedy reply. My request was met, amended my order and received next day first thing can't beat that for service. Shimano twinpower sw 4000xgc.

The braid line ordered was priced very competitively and the package arrived quickly. Thank you. Next job now to spool, cast and hook up!

I always google and check a online shop before I go ahead with ordering something. Veals had good reviews so I ordered a sea fishing reel. The delivery was very quick but I was disappointed to find I had ordered a left hand reel which was my fault. I rang them the next day and spoke to a friendly guy who guided me through what to do. I sent it back and received the reel a couple days later. This was all done within a week. The whole experience was amazing. Would recommend Veals and will be using them again. Thanks

I've shopped at Veals several times, purchasing everything from terminal tackle to tripods. Once I had a problem with a product, so I included a note with my order. They responded excellently by sending a replacement. Their service is outstanding; it's reassuring to see they pay attention and take swift action. Much appreciated!

Bought a reel and paid for a next day delivery but missed the cut off time. Few minutes after they ranged me to say that they’ll have to do it in a different way so I will get the reel still on next day delivery. I was truly impressed!

Wow! I placed my order for fishing lures at 11pm, and I received a notification before 07:30 the next day to say it had been shipped. I received it the next day. Great service. Everything in order.

The only true way to find out the quality of a company is too see how they perform when there is a problem. Veals are top of my list in terms of customer service! I placed an order which I didn't need urgently, then a few hours later found something I needed over the weekend has broken. I rang them, they gave me some good advice as to what to get, got it on my original order and priority shipped it for the next day! Many, many thanks for this and I felt I owed it to you to write a review. It was much appreciated

Easy to use web site, very clear instructions and purchasing process. 5* despatch and delivery time.

Purchased some equipment, late January. Only used 3-4 times in light conditions, but when I was last packing it away I noticed a couple of faults. I contacted Veals, explained the situation and sent photos. They gave me a 'No Quibble' replacement straight away. That is superb Customer service! 💯👍 I will continue to use Veals with confidence. 😀

I am very happy with the service I received from Steve on two occasions because I asked him if he could recommend a beach rod and reel and a boat rod and reel as well I felt that he treated me with professionalism and with such patience. I usually place orders on Tuesday evenings and have always taken delivery by Friday at the latest (I don’t live on the mainland). Competitively priced, generally have the items I need in stock and excellent communications keeping me advised of despatch dates and delivery dates. Highly recommend.

I placed an order over Christmas for a filleting knife. After placing the order. I received timely emails informing me of the order progress.. brilliant service!!….until Royal Mail got involved and delivered it to the wrong address🤬. I placed a phone call to veals and spoke to Harry.
