Excellent experience at a great price for a carpet cleaner

I love my new VAX carpet cleaner. It arrived the next day, and has cleaned the carpets just as well as the professional cleaning company who came 6 months ago.

The vacuum i ordered was supposed to be delivered between 2-3pm according to my message. Got home at 1 pm to find my soaking wet hoover stood on my doorstep in the rain. The hoover is useless, the attachment already has a piece missing off it and all it does is push the bits around on the hard floor and is extremely hard to push on the carpet. It also doesn't fit under the kitchen cupboards or reach the skirting boards when hoovering, so you have to run over the same area at least 3 times in different directions. Not great at all unfortunately

Amazing machine

Vax on your VAX LiftOut Multi Pet Corded Upright Vacuum Cleaner why are you not showing the power cable when the vacuum cleaner is being used on the stairs and in the car even on your web site the power cable is not on every picture? Surely this is misleading!

I am very pleased with my new hoover. The tools etc that come with it are very good and will get plenty of use. The suction is also very good and the light makes certain you don't miss anything. The only down side for me, it is a bit on the heavy side.

I would find it difficult to find a negative with this vacuum cleaner. It's the first one I've had that actually picks up bits other than dust.
If you are looking for a new vacuum I would definitely recommend buying a Vax.

The carpet cleaner is easy to assemble

I’ve had a vax carpet cleaner for a couple of years but kept lending it out to my son so I decided to let him keep that one & buy another exactly the same model, with 2 dogs it’s a must have so pleased with how the carpets are cleaned & dried would highly recommend in fact my 2 sisters have just bought one each delivery was exceptional

Delivery was fine. Not impressed with the performance of the shampooer and it is so very heavy!

Very powerful vacuum cleaner. The cleaner is a decent weight and can come apart easily for doing the stairs etc. comes with all the tools needed. Best part, long long cable. Love it

My new hoover has so far impressed, I'd had a Vax carpet shampoo/ vacuum in the past but replaced with another brand of vacuum but needed an upright and chose this as it has the option to carry, it has taken so much grit dirt out of carpets the old one didn't I'm very pleased with it, speedy delivery too, iv yet to use the carry option but can say I'm glad I came back to Vax
