I've ordered from this company several times and this is not the first time I've been disappointed so I am going to leave this review. I ordered juul pods Sunday the daytime and paid for what vapenw advertises as two-day priority shipping. When they had not arrived by Wednesday I was told by Taylor at vapenw that I didn't receive my package because it hadn't been shipped out yet. Basically that they do not honor their commitments. She said that they had a decent amount of orders this week, and there were still some ahead of mine. I said that sounded like an excuse, and Taylor sent me an email back saying it wasn't an excuse she was just laying out the facts for me. We all know, as vape smokers, when you pay for shipping like on a product such a cigarettes or vaping you pay because you need it now. It is now Friday, still no package from VapeNW.

Fast service, amazing pricing, great customer service. I had messaged them in regards to an order I made over the weekend to make sure they were still operating during these trying times. Replied fast and ensured me that they were still working and orders were being processed as fast as they could. My package got here 2 days before expected. Thank you so much, I will definitely be a returning customer and I recommend this site for anyone.

I have ordered from this site 3 times now and have always gotten my things for a great price and Inna timely manner. I had one time where they were out of something I ordered but they informed me before shipping and it was replaced with another item. They have a nice selection of things and I can always find some things to buy on their site at a better price than anywhere else.

I’ll be honest, I was very wary of using a company I’d never heard of with prices that were too good to be true, but, this company came through on every level!! My vape was the lowest price I found online, shipped next day, arrived 2 days earlier then expected and was working perfectly right out of the box! I’ll definitely be giving them my business again, you should too!!

They have fast shipping and some of the best discounts for vaping equipment. I absolutely love them and will NOT purchase from any other online vape shops. It's all authentic products so you don't have to worry about receiving any counterfeits. In my opinion, VapeNW is one of the best discounted vape shops.

Vapenw is great, they have stuff I haven't been able to find elsewhere and their customer service went out of their way to help me. I'm very grateful.

They refunded everything you can trust them this is not fake btw i gave them 1 star and terribly sorry

Not sure why people are giving Vape NW bad reviews. I have placed many orders with them and have never been disappointed. Whenever I need something, I always check them first.

The company has turned into crap. I ordered 19 items for $185 and got an email the next day saying the order was canceled because they didn't have enough stock to fill the order. WHAT? All 19 items out of stock? I can understand a few out of stock items, but ALL? I returned to their website and added the same items to my cart just to verify. The order went all the way to checkout without a hitch. I figured I would call to see what's up, but of course, these fools don't publish a phone number and I didn't want to bother wasting my time with email support. STAY AWAY FROM VAPENW.

I placed an order despite some of the negative reviews. They had the best price on an item I wanted so I decided to go for it. I received my item 2 days later. Great prices and very fast shipping!

I’ve ordered from them before but now it’s only saying “United States” in check out. No other country option. I live in Canada.. And no response from customer services in weeks.

Got a defective 220w alien and they didnt return it.

First, their website sucks. Takes ages to select something. But all is not negative. I was send a wrong item so i got the choice to send it back free of charge or get a store credit. I'm kinda impressed here. No arguing, just a quick solution. Prices are very reasonable, service is good ans shipping quick. So just fix your website and all is good. Thumbs up.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! SHOULD HAVE READ REVIEWS PRIOR TO ORDERING!!! Ordered the same product twice by accident and they wouldn't send me a return label for me to ship the extra one back to the company. They said it is their policy is that only if the product was damaged or dead on arrival that they would send a return label. Horrible, horrible customer service!!!!!!! Would not return phone calls.... Stay clear, they suck@!+

I bought express shipping for one of my items from VapeNW, and it said it will be 1-3 days. Its been over a week and still haven't been delivered. I live in Canada, and instead of them shipping it out to Canada, they ship it out to California, then back to Las Vegas.
