Hey these people are in louisville kentucky about 70 miles from me. For the past 3 months they claim they cannot ship to me because of Kentucky laws. How the fu%ck are you located in my state but not allowed to sell in Kentucky. I have an idea....get the f%ck out. Vapenw you guys suck!

Good prices, fast, and most importantly where I live, discreet. No problem with postal service seeing any vape info in my state. Arrived quickly no problem!

Usually very convenient to use, but for some reason this last order has been an issue time wise. Not sure if staffing is an issue or what but when you claim 3 day shipping but its actually 7-8 in this case. Just frustrated at the moment with the timing

Seriously,I love VapeNW. I've bought from several online vape stores and VapeNW is better in a few ways.
First they have the lowest prices on pretty much everything.
They also ship incredibly fast.
Amazon back in the day fast.
Like, It arrives and you're shocked how fast it came. That's important to most people and they do it right.

VapeNW was extremely helpful in getting me my vape & juice. I had an order that was marked as delivered by USPS, but I never received my package. I contacted VapeNW and they informed to wait and after 14 days they could submit a claim. Taylor was so helpful and always responded within a day or two. Eventually they resent my package as a one time courtesy. It meant a lot especially during these times.

Very nice web design and me being a designer myself can appreciate, wish the shipping times were faster but then given a day it will deliver

Sent me a broken device and won’t replace it . Told me I had to troubleshoot it and take a video In order to get my money back. Wouldn’t send me a return label so they can have there crappy device back. Told me I had a bad attitude. Well, who wouldn't Be mad as hell after waiting 10 days and now your telling me I can’t get a new device sent or get my money back that’s stealing. Shows you they don’t care about any customers.

I placed one order with vapenw before. I was pleased overall. It had taken a little longer to be shipped, but it was late december. Also, it's a small gesture, but I appreciated it nonetheless that they were transparent about they were backed up on orders upon checkout. I was a little skeptical at first since their prices were very low compared to every other site, but after seeing how they actively responded,on reddit it felt like they are a sincere group of people running the store.
