Disappointing Service and Lack of Transparency
I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this store, and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. The shoes had quality issues in a corner that were not disclosed at the time of sale. Even if items are sold at a discount, transparency about their condition is essential. Customers should be informed of any potential defects upfront.
What was even more frustrating was the suggestiono of the customer service . to inspect a specific corner inside the shoe e. New shoes should be ready to wear without needing such inspections. To make matters worse, I was advised to take the brand-new shoes to a shoemaker for repairs. This is unreasonable, especially given how difficult it is to find shoemakers in the Netherlands.
This service fell far short of the high standards I expected. I strongly urge the company to ensure their products are in acceptable condition before selling them and to provide the level of service that customers deserve
