Been a member for a long time. This morning went to log in and wouldn't expect my details, so did a password reset and the same problem again! Raised a ticket and got an automated email about resetting it again so replied back stating that I tried all this and please help. Got an email this evening stating my account has been suspended because of inconsistency with surveys and that I had receiveda email prior stating to be careful when answering surveys. Rubbish, as I never received any such mail. Asked for proof and nothing. Disgusting how they treated their customers! Told them they can keep their surveys as I won't be treated like this by anyone! If I could give a minus zero I would. Once I post this, the reply will be please contact us on .....! I won't as they are rubbish! Terrible customer service and have advised a few friends to stay clear from them

I complete Surveys for Valued Opinions which I find helps me to focus my mind plus I am well rewarded for doing so. On the very rare occasions I have had a problem they have always listened to the issue you have highlighted and their response has always been 1st class.

SCAMMERS AND THIEVES,,, FIRST,, YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET 2 SURVEYS IN 6 MONTHS,
BUT THEN THEY SUDDENLY DECIDE TO BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND STEAL YOUR REWARD MONEY BECAUSE DESPITE YOU COMPLETING VERY FEW SURVEYS,, THEY ACCUSE YOU OF BEING A SCAMMER BECAUSE YOUR ACCOUNT MAGICALLY GETS RED FLAGGED,,,, RED FLAGGED DESPITE NOT COMPLETING SURVEYS OR EVEN BOTHERING TO LOG IN BECAUSE YOU KNOW THEY HAVE NO SURVEYS,, UNLUCKY FOR THESE SCAMMERS,, THEIR OFFICE IS NOT FAR FROM ME,, SO I WILL BE PAYING THEM A VISIT,, PLUS REPORT THEM TO OFCOM AND THE POLICE

Surveys are generally easy to complete interesting topics and you feel your opinion counts and you get a little reward which soon adds up points make money. It doesn't take long passes the time away and gives you a little treat. Would recommend to anyone who wants to give their opinion and has a bit of spare time.

"Great" is rather over the top. Been doing their surveys for years but more often than not, get told either I do not qualify or a particular survey is already closed. Nevertheless will continue with them but cannot imagine those commentators who allegedly claim to earn decent money from this. Invariably, each survey takes FAR longer than they suggest - I'm not that quick but the timescales are so underestimated - have told them this - need to be more realistic.

Very interesting surveys and can do gradually in my spare time. Had a week off and gained £30 in vouchers, happy days.

After 9 years, they suspended my account and took the money i had built up

I come home from work make a cuppa and sign in and begin. It's such an easy way to make a few pounds.

I spent quite a bit of time filling out surveys and took great thought into my answers, only for my account to get suspended when I tried to redeem the rewards I had accumulated. My account was suspended when I tried to verify my identity and when I challenged this they said they identified account violations and suspended my account but did not expand on what the violations were. It honestly seems like this company just wants to obtain your data and then never follow through on paying out the rewards. Will definitely be avoiding going forward, such a waste of time

I had been using Valued Opinions for some time and recently my account was suspended due to survey quality concerns. I truly regret if some of my survey responses appeared rushed or inconsistent. It was never my intention to provide low-quality answers.
I would like to clarify that I only have one account and I have never used VPN or any unfair methods.
I genuinely enjoyed participating in surveys and I respect the platform’s rules. I am even willing to verify my identity with my ID card or any other verification required to prove that my account is genuine.
I currently have around 500 points in my account, and I would be very grateful if the team could kindly review my case once again and consider giving me another opportunity.
I hope the Valued Opinions team can reconsider my case and help resolve this situation.

This company has an many opportunities to earn money. If you have a issue it is dealt with quick action and very fair. Overall this is a good trustworthy company.

They had an offer to install the RealityMeter VPN for 28 days on your phone for a £30 payment. I installed the app and had it on my phone for over 28 days but I never received my £30 credit. It was an intrusive app and I received no credit. I spoke to customer service but they were useless. Shocking service!
