Valued opinion is a really great survey panel and their customer service is outstanding good. Very fast and very helpful indeed.

Been using Valued Opinions for some considerable time and enjoy surveys etc. Two days ago had a technical problem., contacted them via ChatBot and received a reply the same day., Everything was sorted so quickly and efficienty... and credited with the amount due., thank you Valued Opinions.... They deliver exactly what they promise !! You do the surveys and they pay the money via Gift Cards. You cannot live of doing these but you can buy some groceries and in today's world that is good

Having been a happy member for over a decade, my account was suspended without notice. I was told that it had been suspended and nothing more. I complete surveys regularly and have done so for over a decade, completing hundreds, if not thousands. I cannot fathom why my account was suspended and I was given zero warning, explanation, or opportunity to respond. Absolutely outrageous to accuse me of breaching T&Cs (to my knowledge I haven't) and shocking way to treat someone who has been a loyal user for so long. Extremely disappointed - subject access request is being considered to shed some light.

Just to say I really did have excellent service from customer service. They provided some helpful support with the option to get back to them if issues continued. So I am happy. I do agree with the posts referencing being rejected after spending some time already on the survey. I also find it frustrating when it says its a 10 minute survey and it literally doubles in time when you click through. But today I am focusing on the customer service, and I was satisfied. Thank you Lawrence.

love doing v.o.surveys well paid and i get some giftcards that are more than welcome in this day and age have to praise the customer service also for their prompt replies any tme i need some help.all in all a great place to earn some rewards while giving your opinions on intersting topics

Beware off this site bigtime. They get your private details then take what your earn for years off you and and make up excuse that you broke the rules..they did as they don't want pay you out when you earn..and take all your time effort . So they are genuine scam site that lies about there excuse..stay clear or you be use d and lose everything and your details

The company is great because they provide a range of surveys from different companies, which allows me to make money quickly. Additionally, if there are any issues, it is easy to contact the team and they solve the issue quickly. Overall, a really good experience with valued opinions.

Whilst I enjoy the surveys on Valued Opinions I do think that compared to a number of other sites they do not offer the best time to pay ratio. Sometimes you find yourself 20 to 30 minutes into a survey that offers 25p for 12 minutes.

DO NO DOWNLOAD A GAME. I did this and did not get ant rewards - it went back and forth to VO and they finaly settled on an amount - however it was not as much as i would got from the game.
When I have done a survey all the way through, sometimes i have a message saying I didn't qualify - which is the worse as the survey would have taken some time, I have contacted VO about this but i have to give a lot of detail and by then the survey has already vanished so i cannot give them the info they want.
When I convert my money to vouchers, i dont like that it also costs - so for eg £10 voucher, we need £10.50.

surveys are interesting.Instructions are simple too.

I LIKE GIVING MY OPINION WITH VALUED OPINIONS THEY THINK THROUGH THEIR QUESTIONS VERY THOROUGHLY. MAKING IT A HAPPY EXPERIENCE.

I had a problem, I did a 16 minute survey, reached the end, then got a message, 'you may be a better fit with another survey'.
I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and gave me the reward for the survey.
I have been with them many years, and they are usually very helpful. So would recommend.

They responded quickly and efficiently to my complaint and put it right.

It is a great place to do surveys. I am currently using it to help feed my 4 cats and I am so thankful Valued Opinions exists in a bad economy like this.
