I recently made my first purchase from this company and I can honestly say the service I received was exceptional.
I had left it rather late in placing my order and had a fairly tight window from that point to actual receipt but was assured it shouldn’t be a problem even though the wig had to be ordered from the US. Unfortunately due to adverse conditions the usual delivery timescales were affected but I was kept in the loop at all times by Mary.
As far as I’m concerned Valentine’s went above and beyond to ensure I received my order on time. The service I received was second to none!

I was worried about buying a new wig online, as I was always able to get one in a local wig shop that recently closed. I did some research and saw the good reviews for Valentine. After making contact with them by email and telephone, I can say that all members of staff have been so helpful in the ordering process and in providing the information to find a suitable wig.

They made the process of buying a wig on line so much less stressful than I thought it would be.

I will definitely be using them again

valentine wigs are very helpful and go out of their way to get your purchase delivered,
great value wigs every order over £100 is free postage. there's lots of choices and colours in their wig collections.
please be patient with some orders as they might be coming from a long way like America to you it which would take a bit longer to be delivered. rest assured they do inform you all along the way about it's journey to you.
i have purchased quite a few wigs now and i shall continue to order from them. 5 Star rating all day. a great team.

I'd searched for a wig online for ages, bought a few off temu thinking maybe id get lucky with a cheap one, being fairly new to wig shopping due to losing parts of my hair due to illness, I didn't actually realise what I needed. Then tried another couple on online stores with no luck. I then came across valentine wigs! Fantastic selection of colours and styles. I eventually took the plunge and purchased the Esprit Lace Front Wig Ellen Wille Hair Society Collection in silver blonde rooted colour and just WOW. Fab wig. Very well packaged, arrived in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Looks so natural and I feel like me again. Richard was lovely to speak to on the phone too, listened to what i wanted, wasn't pushy, explained the different types of wigs, human hair, lace front, toppers etc, i felt like I'd made a friend. I wouldn't hesitate to order from valentine wigs again. Fab company!

Disgusting company should be closed down.
They sell wigs online on the premise that they have stock, they then order stock from suppliers who are often abroad resulting in long wait times.
They refuse refunds against trading standards policy, despite sending out wigs in flimsy envelopes resulting in crushed boxes and damaged wigs as they pack them with a dark chocolate.
Their replies are rude and insulting to vulnerable people with hair loss due to illness.
When I stated a relative lived near their office and could call in to collect a refund they threatened me with Police action and stated an armed response officer was a neighbour, terrible threatening behaviour.
Do not deal with this company they are corrupt, abusive and threatening.

Valentine Wigs have been amazing. They have been extremely informative when I was unsure which wig to buy. They spoke to me and gave me many options and helped me narrow down my choices for the right wig. The team are excellent and their customer service is impeccable! I love to support a family run business and you can tell they run it with love. The wig itself is amazing, the quality and feel are top notch. Thank you again Valentine Wigs. I will use again!

After searching for online wig suppliers and having the experience of being scammed I was dubious about ordering wigs on line until I came across Valentine wigs.After reading reviews (a very important aspect which I hadn't took time to do before ,a big lesson learned)Valentine wigs seemed very reputable and I was not disappointed.I received my wig only yesterday and I was delighted as it was exactly what I ordered and I was kept up to date with shipping .I will definitely order again .Thankyou valentine Wigs .Nicola OHara

The exceptional staff at Valentine wigs are a huge credit to the company. Every communication over the last year that I have encountered with the lovely ladies has been so positive. They are all so caring, so compassionate and simply want to help and advise you with wig colours and styles. Hair loss is such a sensitive and delicate situation and they somehow make it so much easier.

Nothing, and i mean nothing is too much trouble, a question quickly answered, a query resolved, the customer service really is impeccable, even a reply to my email at 9pm at night, which was beyond my expectations.

Great company to deal with and a seamless and speedy service. Good communications throughout, they kept me informed of the order status and expected delivery.
I did not need to discuss my choice as I had purchased the style before and knew it well but, reading the other reviews, I have no doubt that help would have been on hand should I have needed it.

Do not deal with a Company who cannot hold their hands up when they have done wrong! But want to transfer the blame onto the Customer! On the 22nd August 2025 I telephoned this company to see whether they had a particular wig in stock. Originally this wig would have been sourced from America but I wanted to know whether the Company already had a number of these wigs in stock. I gave the details of the wig and I was told by Richard that they had these wigs in stock and so I proceeded to then place the order online. 26th August 2025 I received an email to say my wigs would be sent by the Manufacturer (in America) and they would let me know when my wigs would be despatched. This caused me anxiety as those women who have hair loss want to know that they have been carefully listened too and the right information has been given to them to enable them to make a purchase. Also a woman with hair loss wants to know based on the information they have been given by the company that their wig will arrive a.s.a.p. as it should be! I telephoned the company thinking one department had not caught up with the other and I would receive the wigs I ordered in a matter of days as I was told my wigs were in stock. The end result from this matter was that I was misinformed by Richard who clearly did not listen properly, who instead proceeded to give me the 'In Stock' information from the Manufacturers when I had clearly telephoned to see if Valentine wigs had a number of the wigs in stock themselves. I was not happy about this as this situation now caused delays and the people involved where trying to gaslight me on the situation which is a form of mental abuse. One lady in particular tried to turn the whole situation around by saying ... we have this problem alot with Customers who proceed to order wigs sourced from a manufacturer in a different country and expect the wig to be delivered earlier than later. In my case the situation was different as I KNEW THE WIGS I WANTED TO ORDER WERE SOURCED FROM A MANUFACTURERS IN A DIFFERENT COUNTRY BUT WONDERED IF VALENTINE WIGS HAD A FEW OF THESE WIGS AS PART OF THEIR STOCK! That was the basis of me going forward and ordering them! To be told YES we have them in stock and then further told a couple of days later these wigs have to be ordered from the manufacturer, then to be gaslighted by the staff when speaking on the telephone that 'I' got it wrong as so many other Customers do...is a disgrace! 1. I picked a phone to see if you had some of these wigs in YOUR stock... made it very clear to you! 2. Do not try to change the narrative of the conversation that took place before I ordered the wigs! 3. Own up to YOUR errors and hear the Customer out! Do not talk over them when they are speaking... It is Disrespectful! 4. Do not try to gaslight a Customer it is a form of Mental Abuse! 5. And lastly do not exasperate the Customer by your injudicious actions towards the Customer .. thus take ownership of how you have treated the Customer on many levels BLAMING THE CUSTOMER FOR YOUR ERRORS OF POOR COMMUNICATION AND LISTENING SKILLS! Bad Customer Service and a bad outcome for the Customer travels fast!

I’ve been purchasing this wig for the past four years, and it continues to be my absolute favorite. Each unit typically lasts around three months with regular use, and the quality has remained consistently impressive. No one has ever realized it’s a wig—strangers frequently compliment my hair, and my friends often say this style suits me better than any I’ve worn before!

Over the years, I’ve tried many different wigs, but this one always stands out as the best. My recent purchase from Valentines Wigs was especially positive. Their pricing was significantly better than my usual supplier, and their customer service was excellent. I ended up buying two wigs at once, and Richard kindly offered me an additional discount, which was much appreciated.

I also want to mention how accommodating the team was—they even made a special effort to ship one of the wigs to me while I was abroad, which I truly value.
