Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach chairs were out everyday early, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool was great.

Great customer service. So glad everything was taking care of and I just had to show up. If I had any questions they were very friendly and there to help.

The Liki Tiki Resort was a lovely place. Family oriented. The room was very nice and comfortable for my family.

Could use a freshening up! Overall location and size of property were as advertised and more than adequate for a large group. Major complaint which I had with the house (and reason for low rating) was on overall cleanliness. Carpets were so filthy throughout (especially staircases and bedrooms) that was difficult to stomach walking on them. Also found condition of bathrooms to be less than appealing. Price point for the rental was great but old adage of getting what you pay for is very applicable here.

Very easy to make a reservation. We were not happy with our original resort. Thanks to Daniel at Vacatia, our problem was rectified immediately!

Great great great place for family and friends only thing bad I will say is a problem that can be fixed around the pool at night u might see a few big rats but they r not in the town homes or nothing jus at nite around the pool comin from the field on the side of pool but a1 place

Love the convenience of the flex pay. We called and added an additional day to our stay and it was very easy....just a simple phone call.

Great experience the place was very clean the rooms are big . No noisy hallways at night . The views were wonderful and the people were very nice very family oriented . Great deal for the money . Would definitely go again and recommend to my friends and family !

Great place to stay! Loved the villa, it had everything we needed, great location, easy check in and out, friendly staff. We can't wait to plan another get away!

The unit we were in needs some major updating... quite a few of the outlets did not work,refrig was noisy and bins broken, rug was very dirty, back balcony was dirty as well... I will say this.. the representatives at Vacatia were extremely helpful and professional... dealing with them was a pleasure!

I like the customer service I like becouse you elevator isn't work but they always there for help so thank for everything nice and clean .

Xavier at Vacatia was wonderful to work with, unfortunately, the resort we stayed at was not what we expected and Xavier worked very hard to immediately move us to a resort that was much more family oriented and safe. I would use Vacatia for all of my travel needs! Thank you Xavier!!

The whole process was easy and the resort looked exactly like the pictures which was great!!
I give 3 stars because one of the draws of using Vacationa was " fees included" compared to the others but unfortunately we were charged another 100.00 ( approx)in fees once we checked in to the resort, very disappointing.
Not sure I would use again.

Had a wonderful time. The staff of Vacatia was great. I talked to 5 different representatives, all very nice and knowledgeable about each resort. I had a special request for accommodations for a handicap senior. I was told they could not guarantee, but they would try to accommodate. Well, they went over and above to accommodate my dad and his need for no stairs and close parking for his wheel chair.

I didn't get exactly the accommodation I expected but I don't think it was Vacatia's fault. Finding the rental property took some time but the process of booking it and paying for it was smooth. No hitches when checking in, just carried the email confirmation I received. I would use this service again.

The entire process was awesome. Payments happened as scheduled. All fees not covered by Vacatia were disclosed upfront. We did not encounter any surprises. The accommodations were just as they were described. I will certainly use them again.

Our stay was wonderful and the staff provided excellent customer service. Planning to come back next year.

Outside of some ant problems I had a wonderful time and will use this company for all my Orlando accommodations

Very easy to book and great customer service. Our place was nice. It was a time share and we didn't know this but they weren't pushy. Didn't make us sit through anything. Would use vacatia again.

Though the property was nice, immediately after checking in, they directed us to a sales man. No ice on the freezer, no cleaning services or changes of towers, etc, and after paying the rate I did and not able to check it n the until very late, they were not accommodating with a late checkout. Not a good experience.
