Any questions I had were answered in a way that was easy to understand. He was approachable, which made discussing details about the car and its features easy.

The test drive was really helpful and made me feel more confident about choosing the Honda HR-V. At collection, everything was explained clearly, which helped a lot as I wasn’t familiar with all the features. The handover process went smoothly too. It felt like they took time to make sure I was comfortable with everything.
Positive experience overall
I was a bit put off when we arrived to the radio blaring out across the whole street. Parking was a nightmare but there are side roads you can use and not far to walk. It was Monday but the place was really busy. We had to wait for them to find the two cars we were interested in but, to be fair, we hadn’t made an appointment. Onder was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. We chose a car and paid a deposit. We collected it on the Friday. Reeco did the handover and it was all very smooth. When we got home we realised there was no locking wheel nut key with the car. I ordered one from Mercedes myself and they refunded the money promptly when I sent the invoice.

Terrible service
Terrible service, went to buy a car with my son, happy with the deal until they wanted 12% commission to arrange the finance (circa £1800) wouldnt negotiate on bringing that down even though their involvement in the finance is minimal.
They said that Admiral set the commission rates and they couldnt change it yet we arranged finance through another garage, through Admiral at half the commission , just cant trust what they say
Additionally told them we would sort the finance which we did and they noted it on the system then sold the car, which had a £99 deposit on which they havent refunded yet

Everything was spot on
Everything was spot on. I had a great experience buying car from this garage. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Zaynah and Dipesh were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout, with no pressure to buy.
The car was exactly as described, in great condition, and reasonably priced. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt like that I was dealing with a trustworthy and genuine garage.
Highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Excellent service from start to finish!

Purchased a 2023 skoda Octavia or so I…
Purchased a 2023 skoda Octavia or so I thought
Went to collect it as arranged on a Saturday at 12oclock
Turned up at 12 after 5 trains and 4 hours
Booked in at reception and at 12.23 got a call from an irate manager where are you?
Sitting in reception was the answer!!
Anyway after another 20 minutes we found a available office so the nightmare started
Oh you have come for that car well it’s not here as we spotted a cracked windscreen but let’s look for another one!!!
So after 5 hours and no way to get home I agreed to look at current stock and found an older car without leather and less spec but with slightly less mileage
Anyway after nearly 3 hours I left the dealership after promises from Laura Brooke’s that she would pay for my wasted insurance costs and pay for leather seat covers, which nobody offers for this model
Anyway the car broke down 1 week later and I had to replace the 12volt battery at a cost to me of £170 that Hamier and Olivia said the would refund NOT HAPPENED then the car developed more faults that a specialist needs to look at
The earliest I can get is 21st Sept but they said they would sort it
But I think their phones have been cut off because I haven’t heard from them
So to cut the nightmare story short I now have a ten grand flower pot parked outside my house and a bunch of liars sitting in Hinkley with my money
So let’s cut to the reason of reviews
DO NOT GET TAKEN IN FROM ANY OF THE AA REVIEWS OR THE SLIMEY SALES OF AFTER-SALES STAFF AS THEY ARE ALL TRAINED TO OFFER
THERE THERE THERE NEVER MIND BUT GOOD LUCK WITH IT…….

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Very helpful without being pushy, and no pressure felt either on the phone or in person.
James who I dealt with on the phone and Conor who I dealt with on the day were both very good, as was Rampand (sorry if I’ve got the spelling wrong) in the administration area (what a professional young man, at 16 years old!).
Very pleased with the car, perfect condition, exactly as described in the advert.
Simple process from start to finish.

He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and was easy to talk to about any concerns I had. This gave me confidence in moving forward with the purchase of my car. It all worked out well in the end.

🇬🇧 Once Upon a Time… I Thought I Was…
🇬🇧 Once Upon a Time… I Thought I Was Buying a Car
Once upon a time, I bought a three-year-old car, registration FG22 SSZ, from V12 Sports & Classics on finance.
I thought I was buying a car.
Apparently, I was buying an adventure.
On 9 February 2026, the first problem appeared and the car was taken away for repair. First came the PCV fault. That was repaired, but then another problem appeared. More investigations, more parts, more repairs… and, of course, more promises.
“We’ll sort it.”
“We’ll get back to you.”
“The warranty company will deal with it.”
At this point, the word “we’ll” had probably been used more often than some of the car’s actual parts.
After the second repair, I finally decided that enough was enough. On 2 April 2026, I told them I no longer wanted the vehicle.
And that was when my simple car purchase became a full-time administrative career.
Finance company? Check.
Warranty company? Check.
DVLA? Check.
Independent complaint process? Check.
Emails? Hundreds, it felt like.
Documents? Plenty.
Evidence? More than enough.
At one point, I genuinely wondered whether V12 had secretly employed me as their Customer Service Manager, Complaints Manager and Project Manager, because after so many emails and repair reports, I knew the history of the car so well that I was starting to spot problems and inconsistencies myself.
Seven months later, I could probably have opened my own department.
The car was also moved from the repair garage without me being told beforehand. I only discovered this through the vehicle tracker.
At least the tracker kept me informed.
It was probably the best communicator in the whole story.
And then we have my personal belongings.
Some items that were left in the vehicle have still not been returned. I have information and evidence regarding their whereabouts, and I have repeatedly asked for them back. They are my belongings, I bought them, and I have proof of purchase.
Then there is the communication.
When I did receive a reply to my emails, it often didn’t actually answer the question I had asked.
I asked Question A.
I received an answer to Question B.
So I asked Question A again.
I received an answer to Question C.
At this point, I started wondering whether I was communicating with V12 or taking part in a quiz where the only rule was that nobody could answer the question.
More than seven months later, the story is still not finished.
And the funniest part?
I still have the V5C in my possession, and I also still have the spare key for the vehicle.
I am still sending emails to V12, but I am currently not receiving responses.
So if you happen to be considering FG22 SSZ, or simply want to know what my experience has been like, feel free to get in touch.
I can’t promise a happy ending yet.
But I can promise there has been plenty of paperwork, plenty of waiting and enough plot twists to fill an entire series.
To be continued…
