I’ve had a pretty good experience with this company over the last year and I see the reviews are really good on trust pilot. But My yearly payment was due for membership and because my card on file had expired the payment didn’t go through. I’ve gotten relentless emails that seemed very aggressive and confrontational over this holiday weekend. Just based on their aggressive and unfriendly email reminders, I started looking at other insurance carriers. Their aggressive tactics really are not necessary

USCCA is supurb in their customer attentiveness! Their reps are ode to detail and work hard at making sure evey concern is addresed to our satisfaction! The insurance they have is excellent! We use USCA for insurance and training purposes for our armed security at our church.

I am so glad I joined the USSCA as I have gotten so much out of what is offered through the videos and classes(and so much more), peace of mind.
I have been a member for years and will continue my membership. It is well worth the reasonable amount of money per month. I highly suggest checking out the USCCA and the benefits of being a member. My membership card is always with me.
I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this organization. No suggestions for improvement at this time either.

USCCA has made everything easy from my very first experience. Yesterday was excellent as always. When my wife passed and I removed her from my membership, the representative called me back in a week to see how I was doing. A truly caring organization.

I’ve been a subscriber to USCCA since 2017. Because of research, I have defensive incident coverage for both myself and my wife. It covers in case of armed critical incident. As well as self-defense via physical conflict, control holds and take downs. I was a soldier before I became a peace officer. I haven’t felt this well insured, since I was working in uniform. I couldn't afford it anymore. Back in February I cancelled my membership. I was told I had to call for verification, I did, was told it had to be put on hold for a month before cancellation. And if I DID NOT contact them the next month it would be cancelled it was not! I was charged anyway! I had to put a stop payment on my bank, which after I had received many emails saying payment didn't go through update payment. After back and forth on email I had to call again, did not get my money back and they tried to do the same con again! So tried to cancel was lied to charged anyway lied to again given the runaround and then tried to con me again! Nope DO NOT DO IT! (Edit: after they seen this review they refunded my money and actually closed my account)

This company rocks. I have been with them since 2019. Always superb service, superb products, and their staffs answer the phones pretty quickly. They are personal, and not some "ho hum" boring morons who knows zilch about their own company. Just yesterday I was making sure my accounts were all current, great conversation. The rep was from NC too. I love this company, and love the ability to access lawyers in the event of an issue. I am an atty too so I understand the Legal Matrix. Their magazines and website both have fantastic useful information. I have my whole family as members. Again, they just friggin rock!.

I called about an issue and talked with Jessica. She asked the right questions to quickly identify and clarify my issue and then after a few minutes put in a ticket and gave me very specific steps to follow. Having been in customer facing management for over 30 years, I was quite impressed by her positive customer service attitude and competence.

I needed to request a return of an item I'd purchased from the USCCA as it did not meet my needs. Kelly was particularly helpful, courteous and told me that she was new at the job. I did not expect USCCA to pay for return shipping but Kelly alerted me via email after the call that I'd be receiving a UPS return label as soon as that department processed the return which I received the next day.
