Poor delivery and customer service
My item got lost in the post and I am still waiting for a refund. You can't talk to anyone on the phone to resolve the issue, it is all via WhatsApp, and they constantly fob you off. I am left with no choice but to claim my money back via my bank.

The staff member at the till was exceptionally nice, thoughtful and customer focused.

Two times I ordered some pants in XS
Two times I ordered some pants in XS. The pants arrived wrapped in a bag with the mention XS on it... but the pants are XXS (written on the label). I returned them (paid a return tax) mentionning the problem and got the same issue again.

Company is absolutely atrocious at customer service. The courier delivered to a completely wrong delivery address and after letting urban outfitters know they claimed as it’s been delivered they cannot assist. So now I’m at a loss despite the courier delivering to the wrong address. Completely awful!
