Uprofit 

Worst funded trading account. They didn't reset or refund 3 accounts where when I traded it kick me out without the market moving at all. It says I bought GOLD @ $4000 and sold at market price $2600. Impossible I bought a $4000. They sell accounts with issues not all instruments available. They just say they working on it but just keep selling inappropriate accounts.

Great customer service, timely answer, easy to use tradingview platform and friendly dashboard. Fast payout process. I will do my best to make 5 withdraws and have a full live account.

Payout was received within 24 hours. So far the zero 150k account is the best account in the game.

I had a problem about a kyc process. It was about my id and after that i had a contact with uprofit support. Less than a one day the problem had been solved altough there is a huge time zone difference between us.
Beside these, the the firm's operating system is very user friendly.

I just started with Uprofit like 2/3weeks everything is great zero account big game changer. Pass a couple of 50k eval. Now on my journey to live sim off course fail some and blow 2 live sim. But back on track now. Really love the people there. Let’s see how it goes from here so far great place to be. No B S like others

I have traded the legacy accounts in NinjaTrader and all good but I just started to use their new Zero accounts and in 2 days I can see few things that are not working as expected. For instance, if you have ETH selected in 4H timeframe, you have gaps like if you were using RTH. Charts are not reliable. I also had a gap right at the opening time. Customer service responded that it will not happen again but their issues with ETH and RTH for example are still there. I cannot trust the data and they have no solutions and therefore as a trader, I would not use their Zero accounts.

When i requested my payout they declined it after days of waiting and closed my account without any communication, after emailing them they claimed I was manipulating the system by taking profit early. Despite the fact I followed their own rules and didnt meet their definition of micro scalping (over 20% of your trades being under 10s), support didnt communicate with me and they do not have simple appeal process in place. Instead they wait for you to pay activation, make profit and request withdrawal for them to terminate your account without notice using undisclosed rules.

edit I have changed my rating because some of their staff is still exceptional and puts in effort to resolve/ communicate a situation (diego).

update 11 November-

They ignored all evidence i provided proving i had not violated disclosed rules, support said they would review my case and to not to reply until they sent me an email, they never did. At the very least diego was helpful, he helped me get 2 new accounts. Meaning although I lost all the profits I had made, I was able to make more and recover some of the money I lost. They did payout the second time, I just dont trust them anymore due to how they handled this whole issue. As a result of the poor customer service and unfair resolution I feel the rating is justified

Recently they have mass denied payouts, essentially they published new rules on the 26th and used these to deny previous payouts. Their "zero" rule accounts have a significant number of rules, many of which are undisclosed. And when they change these rules, rules which they use to close your account at payout request, they do not anounce it, they essentially expect you to check their Terms of service every few hours.

In my case they once again closed my account sighting the 10s rule, I did not even have a single trade under 10s, nor did i violate any other rule. Ultimately they ended up publishing new rules 4 days after my payout request, and used these to justify the account closure.

I have changed the rating back to 1(previously 2) because this is simply atrocious service, borderline fraudulent. Stay away, other firms exist

I achieved all of their trading goals and paid the evaluation fee. I even changed my trading habits as they requested to fit their program. They denied payment and then erased my account. Do not buy any accounts from them!

"My experience with Uprofit has been very disappointing. They blocked my account after 10 days of trading, with a balance of $7,900 at that time.(with aDrawdown of$ 9900) I had lost $3,500 on the 10th day, but had a profitable trade of about $10,000 when my account was blocked. I had not withdrawn a single cent in those 10 days. On the 10th day, I wanted to withdraw $1,000, but they blocked my account, saying they noticed a bad pattern and that I had placed too many contracts that day (not more than 4 macro, which was allowed). It is very unpleasant for me, as everything seemed fine after 10 days of trading, and when I wanted to withdraw, my account was blocked with a series of complaints against me. They promote their product claiming ZERO RULES RESTRICTION, but that is completely false! The conclusion is that it is not at all like that; it’s a marketing issue. They close your account without any warning after 10 days of consistent profit, just because on the 10th day, I allowed myself to trade with 4 macro contracts. I feel scammed by this platform. Don’t be fooled by this zero restrictions product; it is a scam. They do not want you to make money. My experience with UPROFIT is proof of that."

However, the problem is what happens when you, as a platform give me $2,000 to trade with a $50,000 account and require me to risk 10% of the account to make $200 a day for 5 days in order to be eligible for a payout. How can you explain that from the start, you are putting me in a position of having inadequate risk management?"

Not happy about it..Cuz I had made my payment n it has been more than 3 days waiting for my live account credentials.

This company is amazing because it is comprehensive, everything works like a Swiss watch and that is thanks to how their programs are designed and the customer support is excellent. Now they use Trading View as a platform. Don't stop trying.

Update November 2024, Happy thanksgiving!! They changed the Rules from 10 seconds microscalping to 60 seconds and added a 1,5% max loss per trade rule, and did not communicate this or made an announcement. Many traders, including me, they denied the payouts AND closed the complete accounts.
I am a very susccesful trader, made over 18.000 dollar profit in two months with Uprofit, they payed! But now they changed the rules and kicked traders out. This is a SCAM!

After a few days and in another account it seems that the dashboard (user, not trading platform) takes a long time to update and takes some updated values ​​and others not and the differences are seen. Many thanks to Mr. Guillermo for the good attention. For this reason I update my review I leave it at 4 stars because the dashboard should be consistent anyway, for the rest everything is fine in the platform and the conditions.
