Really bad brocker, had an issue with trade, basically their system somehow decided to Sell instead of Buy and blocked my trade fully, asked support, they dont really care or gonna try to fix it, i can't recommend that brocker to anyone

I will no longer conduct business with Uprofit until these rules are modified. I had been a customer for some time, but my account was breached after hitting the daily loss limit. This has resulted in the loss of my funded account, and I am very unhappy with the situation.

I traded with UProfit for several months, following their terms, conditions, and policies as I read them.
Today, my funded account was permanently closed due to alleged copy trading and alleged connectivity with another account from the same IP address on multiple occasions. The examples provided were limited and inaccurate, as they showed different contract sizes, significant time differences, and different results. In addition, the IP address they allegedly mention is not the same as the IP address I use on my computer. Therefore, many things do not add up in their alleged thorough review.
As I mentioned earlier, I operated for several months with two accounts, which passed the test. I was in the Live account and managed to withdraw money from each one. And on the second withdrawal, this happened, which is suspicious, because at no point did they suspend my withdrawals, meaning that I did not breach any of their conditions, so why now? If their alleged evidence of operations does not match and I can see the difference that it is not copy trading, but now they are looking for thousands of excuses not to pay.
It is understandable that they must follow their policies and enforce them, but with transparency, not with inconclusive and inaccurate evidence.
Finally, I realize from the comments that I am not the first and obviously will not be the last to experience these situations. Just keep in mind that they are looking for ways to close accounts so they don't have to pay for what has been worked for with effort and dedication.

This company is highly misleading and operates with rules that are intentionally confusing for traders.
Your comment does not reflect what actually happened and is based on incomplete or incorrect information. I clearly saw a day loss of 1100 displayed on the account, but the account was not blocked, and I was still able to trade. Because of this, I continued trading and ended up blowing the account.
If the real rule is that a daily loss of 1100 should immediately block the account, then this was not enforced. Instead, the system allowed trading to continue, which puts traders in a position where they are likely to fail and be forced to purchase a new account.
On other platforms, when the daily loss limit is reached, the account is locked and trading resumes the next day. Here, the limit is shown but not applied, which is misleading and creates unnecessary risk for the trader.
Without proper enforcement of the daily loss rule, this setup encourages account failure rather than risk protection.

I wish I could give this company 15 red stars if they’d even allow it because my experience has been incredibly frustrating. In my case, they temporarily blocked my account twice when I tried to check my investment progress. After the first block, I contacted support and was told to try opening the app the next day, which worked. The same issue happened a second time, and it left me feeling uneasy.
I decided to withdraw my investment, I was blocked again and couldn’t access my account at all. I reached out to support for an explanation, but I didn’t receive a response for weeks. I eventually took legal action, filed a lawsuit and get my money released from captive.

I traded with UProfit for over a year and maintained consistent activity and results on their platform. Throughout that time, I followed the rules as I understood them and was never previously warned or notified of any compliance or VPN-related issues.
Recently, my funded account was permanently closed due to alleged copy trading and VPN usage. The examples provided were limited and, in my view, inconclusive, as they showed different contract sizes and different outcomes. Despite this, the decision was labeled as final and irrevocable.
I attempted to respond professionally and requested clarification and a full review of my trading history, but I have not received any reply or opportunity to formally dispute the findings.
I respect the need for risk management and rule enforcement, but I believe traders should be given transparent evidence and a fair review process, especially after a long trading relationship.
My intention with this review is simply to share my experience so others are aware of how account closures may be handled.

I am writing this review to warn other traders about my experience with UProfit.
I successfully met the targets and respected the rules shown on my dashboard, then requested a payout. UProfit first emailed me confirming that my payout was approved. Later, the same payout suddenly appeared as “Rejected” and my live account was reset, with the explanation that this was “procedural” because of the reset status, not a compliance issue. In practice, that means no money was paid, only a reset.
This is not the first time. This is the second payout that gets denied after I complete the objectives. Each time, they find internal reasons (risk management, trading style, reset status, etc.) but there is no clear, transparent rule that explains why a payout can be approved by email and then canceled afterwards.
The end result for me: over $21,000 in profits never paid, even though I followed what was displayed on the platform and received an approval email before they changed their decision. From a trader’s point of view, this behavior is completely unacceptable and feels like a scam: they let you trade, let you build profits, then use internal interpretations to avoid paying.
I have full email records, dashboard history and trade logs that support everything I am saying here. Since Trustpilot does not allow screenshots, I will share all the evidence (emails, platform captures, statements) on my YouTube channel and Telegram so that other traders can see exactly how UProfit handled my case.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from this company.
