My experience so far with Uprofit Trader has been really good.
Customer services were swift and payments were processed fast.

Just few suggestions for improvement

1. Their higher account sizes are really costly since both subscription and activation costs are high. Having unified activation fees across all account sizes would be more appealing.
2. Dashboard shall show the live account data
3. More trading platforms and add options for instant funded accounts.

Would like to see Uprofit progressing as leading prop firm.

The best Funding company. I have been with them for 3 years and everything has always gone well. Today i witdrew another 1400 $ and in 24 hours, they are already in my possesion. I am hope to continue working with them.

Clear and transparent rules. No strange maneuvers, everything very clean. UProfit seems like a 100% recommended company.

horrible customer service ,i was unaware that the package i purchased that cost 198 a month the 30,000 freedom account had a floor of 29,000 dollars,lose a 1000 and you are done ? my fault i never would have guessed that an account they bragged about having no daily drawdown would have a 1000 dollar floor . for comparrison the 9000 account for half the money has a 8200 floor ? when i questioned this camilo proceeded to tell me if you have 35,000 in your account you have a better chance of avoiding the 29,000 floor ? well you start with 30,000 and i just started and the qqq has been down 5 straight days ? i had to explain to him when you start with 30 it is a lot easier to reach 29 then 35,i also had to explain to him his answer was flippant. when i asked for a supervisor oscar proceeded to tell me he already told me to read the information regarding the 29,000 floor
earlier in the day ? no, i am sorry about the misunderstanding ? nope oscar arrogantly told me he already told me basically to read the fine print and might as well have said thanks for your money see you later . nothing to try and retain me as a customer ?this place needs adult leadership that respects customers,and by the way i am not new at this i have been with schwab for over 20 years ,i thought it would be fun to trade some futures . i am stunned at the lack of professionalism .

The size of your account is the Daily Loss Limit
This company offers you trading test at a price much higher than other pro firms. But I found tremendously unfair is that the real size of your account is not the drawdown but your daily loss limit. For example: the most popular account is the 50k the drawdown is $1100 then you only really have 2.2 % to trade with but on the other hand you need to reach $2500 which means 5%. check but yourself but again your real drawdown hits once you reach/hold a position over the daily loss. Also, notice you can't really withdraw from your first day (as they claim) due to the 30% consistency rule. Their dashboard overview is not updated consistently you need to basically monitor your positions on Rtrader on your own. I certainly won't recommend it at all.

If you wanna be a consistent and disciplined trader and have the habits of professional traders, I recommend UPROFIT. They also have several good advantages, including the requirement to withdraw funds..and they have wonderful and fast support.

In my opinion the best futures prop firm, and I’ve tried almost all the “popular” ones. Freedom account is by far their best product, they customer service answers emails within the hour most of the time faster, and they quick process payouts. Do have a new consistency rule, but to stop the gamblers lol. Here to stay with U-profit, only thing I would change is the max allocation in which we can copy trade but that’s it

Not happy with how they sneaked in this policy without warning funded traders. The worst feeling is when you had a great day and you are looking to withdraw and you get denied your payout. Had they announced it! I would have been aware prior to a big day but because all they did was be sneaky and put it on their website they locked up the traders ability to withdraw profits. Makes it seem like they are in trouble and they need to keep traders from withdrawing. Beware! Since they sneaked this policy without announcing it what makes you think they won’t do it again in the future! You can’t trust a prop firm who does that.
