Visited the Sheffield store this weekend and had absolutely fabulous service from Liz. As a new runner, I was feeling very overwhelmed with all the different options for shoes - coupled with a few physical difficulties and previous injuries, I really wanted some advice from someone who knew what they were talking about. Liz performed a gait analysis and brought a variety of different shoes out for me to try, repeating the gait analysis each time and comparing results. She was extremely friendly and approachable and I’ve come away with my first ever pair of running shoes, which feels like a monumental milestone in my journey! Thank you so much Liz, you’ve gained a returning customer :)

Very personable, friendly and knowledgeable customer service in store. Although the shoe size I needed was not in stock, I made my purchase on their recommendation online. The website was easy to navigate, I had a 10% discount voucher and delivery was within a few days

I’ve bought direct from the shop before but didn’t have the time to go In .. the online purchase was straight forward and delivered quickly with the product being exactly as purchased .. Website is easy to navigate .

We visited on a Sunday afternoon about an hour before closing time.
Our 12 year old son needed his first set of proper running shoes and Lewis was phenomenal in terms of his customer service, knowledge and the choices that he provided us with. We had lots of questions about the type of trainer needed for our son’s wide feet and the type of terrain he’d be running on. Lewis was able to advise us on a pair of trainers that would suit in both the short and longer term.
I also needed a new pair of trainers and undertook the gait analysis on the treadmill. Again Lewis was very clear in his communication and knowledgeable about the best trainer for me.
Would recommend 100% of the time if you want to select the best trainer for your running that will hopefully allow you to stay injury free.

Amazing service in the Milton Keynes store today, for both my son and me. We were totally impressed by the staff, who were extremely friendly, informative, and took the time to help answer questions, fitting etc - definitely and highly recommend.

Simon was excellent - asked the right questions - brought a pair of shoes of the same kind I have now - tried on the tread mill - analysed - brought another set of shoes - omg !!!! What a difference ….. looking forward to getting back to some running post a knee op - thanku !!! 😊
