The representatives that I work with was very understanding very specific and very understanding of the laws and how things work. Answered every question on point and was very specific about the questions that I had and made sure that I understood. Copies for fair housing and emotional support animals were sent to my email along with the verified letter that my animals were now both registered as ESAs! The counselor I spoke to listened and made sure that my animals had the letters that they needed very promptly!

The company had confidence in my decision for myself and my dog. I was able to make my dog a service animal immediately. Everything arrived in the mail promptly. I have not paid for a single stay anywhere with him. This has been a life savor as he goes wherever I go.

They sent one wrong size vest, I called them and they are sending the right size, no problems.

I had no idea this was a real thing for cats but I’m sure glad I checked it out. It was super easy to do and the interactions that I had with the Dr. & an employee were really helpful.

People were great in helping register both my dogs, it was a easy process with the help of great people on this website.

I had 4 pets 3 cats and 1 parakeet and I was able to get two letters for myself with 2 pets on each letter, it cost me around $230 because it was a renewal im sure it’s probably not much more for first time but I can’t remember.

This was a miracle for me on my trip because I felt like nothing could go wrong .

everyone was so patient and kind. I received my dog vest collar and certificate right away. They were very responsive to fix the spelling of my dog’s name quickly and resend the certificate.

Didn’t send me the leashed or the collar and I called because they put the wrong birthday for my puppy

This was a very enjoyable and easy process. I got to speak to the doctor the same day of the purchase, and I received my documentation via email the next day. The packet was received via mail about a week later and I'm very satisfied with the entire process. Thanks!

I liked the prompt service, however there was a mix up in names on the original certificate for 2 dogs.

Y'all changed my life as well as on a daily to finally doing what I need to do to have in a service dog and I thank you from the bottom of my heart thank you very much for everything.
