Claire White:Customer services Supremo

Unikon are a U.K. electronics company. Their customer service department, overseen by the wonderful Claire White should be studied and emulated by all U.K. utility companies. My dad is in his eighties. He has one of their electronic timing devices for racing pigeons. Claire and her team could not have been more patient, professional and kind in all their dealings with us. It was a complex problem to resolve involving both hardware and software that my dad had been using for decades. Absolutely brilliant!
