Unibet, you dont need other casinos after playing here!

I have read a lot of complains etc.
Have no idea why there is so many of them, there is only one problem, I havent got any problem with them! There is no better site atm than Unibet. Exp has been amazing, slots works as they should always. There is so much to bet with amazing odds! Deposits works everytime and withdraws... money is on your bank account under 1sec! Bonuses and campaings, there is no better anywhere than here in Unibet. Personal bonuses you have lot of them and when you just play here, Unibet will show how they appriciate player by personal bonuses! Everything works better than fine and customer service is better than anywhere else, they are just top1!

Wasted weeks, couldn't set up account

Waited weeks and weeks after setting up account, sent the documents, sent more documents, never even got to deposit. No emails, no contact, just a waste of time.

Confiscated winnings for no reason…

Confiscated winnings for no reason overall I actually lost 11.63 I deposited 255 over a month when I eventually won they confiscated the winnings with no explanation. Holding money for upto 8 weeks whilst I fight to get it.

The website is actually good and…

The website is actually good and convenient. The choice of betting options is decent, design is minimalistic but quite intuitive.
However, all of the positive impressions are destroyed when you try to communicate with their "live customer support" (quotes well deserved) and realize that the only thing they provide you with are pre-written copy-paste responses. Such a shame that a decent looking site offers such a poor service!
