Very disappointed in your choice of delivery company. You sold us 4 keys with a delivery expectation of following day. DPD said they were delayed so would deliver next day, ie today Thursday 6th August. Have just received communication from DPD saying nobody at premises, yet someone has been here all day and no sign of anyone trying to make a delivery. Begs the question whether they were actually at the correct address. We depart on holiday on Saturday and needed these keys before departure. Not pleased.

Further to the above Trustpilot review of my experience with Ultion key delivery. I can confirm that Ultion did take the time to respond to the late delivery, for which I commend them. However, perhaps they should review who they contract to deliver.
I did have a further issue with Ultion in that after receiving my four keys I received an email containing an offer. The Offer being buy four spare keys and get a fifth one free. This prompted an email from me to Ultion, stating that we had just bought four keys from them and there was no offer of a fifth free at the point of purchase. To give them their due, again they did respond and stated that -should we purchase another one key then one free key would be offered along with it. We now have seven keys and though an extra would have been useful when we ordered the last four keys. It is unlikely that we will order any further keys as this would set our total at nine should we be offered the free key. Nothing wrong with the product and their responses would indicate that they do appear to care about the customer relationships. Just frustrating as a customer.

Had new quality strong Ultion locks fitted and the registered guarantee ensures that nobody can randomly buy keys for your house.

Great lock and handle, super customer service very helpful. The combination new handle and lock is good looking and the handle locking feature is very useful

When I moved into my new house, I needed to replace the front door. Although it was a uPVC door, it wasn't in great condition, so I contacted a company I'd used before for my windows and doors to fit a new one. They installed it with an Ultion lock.

To say I'm impressed would be an understatement.

I have just seen your reply .
I was never offered a return at your expense .
I was told that I need to buy a new lock first ?
Then send you the old one for you to look into it further and IF you found a fault then you would issue a refund .
At no stage was I offered for the lock to be returned at your expense , also I would have had no lock in my door if I was to have done this?
Which could have meant I would have to purchase a lock anyway, so how does this make any sense ?
I would have paid happily if you had sent me a lock and then inspected my old .
Absolutely unacceptable customer care

This is my first time using ultion lock with my new door. It feels quite secure to me. As it my first ultion lock 🔐 that is all i can say. Most important i now feel more secure. The quality of the key is good

Good quality, secure locks. Easy to use. Came with useful information and advice re care.

New door fitted with one of these security locks, and I am very impressed and I would defo recommend.
