these locks were a cost affected extra to the two doors i've just had fitted.
i chose the Ultion "keyed alike" option (and so got 6 keys and 2 locks with the same serial numbers) as i have heard great reports about these cylinders and keys.

Scanned the QR code that came with the keys, followed the instructions and our registration and cover was sorted in minutes!

The customer support team responded to and resolved the issue that I raised with them quickly and efficiently, providing detailed guidance and support. The ability to upload a video of the issue was very useful. A new replacement lock was delivered along with clear fitting instructions. Great service, high quality locks and keys.

Lock is very hard to operate, it has been professionally adjusted and still there is difficulty opening the door to gain entry.
We purchased the correct, very expensive dry powder lubricant which is difficult to get onto the key to get it into the lock - a very wasteful product. We also purchased 'key aids' which fit onto the keys, did not expect to have to make these purchases and still have difficulty getting the lock to work. Very disappointed with what we thought was a high quality locking system.

Ordered a keytag on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on Monday. Excellent service as always.

It was easy to register my keys with Ultion for their £5000 guarantee.

This is the first time I have ever known that you can guarantee your door locks,we have just had new doors and windows put in our new bungalow and I was amazed that they came with a guarantee, it gives me a sense of security knowing how safe I'll be in my bungalow. It was really easy to register the locks and the company got back fairly quickly with my unique code.now I can sit back, relax and enjoy my windows and doors.

The lock that was fitted in our new door is easy to use, feels solid and safe. The follow up, from Ultion has been clear, and comprehensive.

My key tag unfortunately broke and I was obviously very upset about this so needed check up with Ultion whether I was able to order another one. I used the chat system to enquire and got through very quickly. I got the answers I wanted . Help to order was offered but I decided to order online. The process was very easy. I am now waiting for my key tag to be delivered in two days.

This is the second door I have Ultion lock. I feel they are secure and like the after service provided. The quality is excellent.
