I didn’t want to have to do this but I purchased a football shirt, paid for next day delivery, it came almost two weeks late! So I didn’t want it when it came because I purchased it from another store! The item arrived, I sent it back, uksoccershop acknowledged they received my return and I would receive my refund in 3-5 working days. I never got my refund!!!

On one hand, the selection, quality, and carrier service is excellent. However, I've found the ordering process to be misleading and disappointing. I ordered an Arsenal jersey on May 20th that was "in stock" with a 5 day delivery promise that still hasn't shipped. On July 10 I ordered 2 Halland jerseys that were also in-stock, but the newer, better one, went to back order after submitting the order. The customer service is not live, and not optimal. All i get in response is that the manufacturer is working on it. Going forward, I will try find the jerseys on sites like eBay.

One of my best experiences buying online. I placed my order last Wednesday hoping to get my La Roja jersey in time for the World Cup final on Sunday. It arrived Friday afternoon! The item was just perfect.

Void this website. This is a scam. Paid for fast delivery and still waiting for dispatch. No reply from them and also not possible to cancel an order when is within 14 days of purchase. What a joke

Purchased a shirt for a present and it’s poor quality and want to return it and get a refund. No reply as yet about returning the item and still waiting for news. Very disappointing, slow and lack of customer service. Would not recommend buying from here unless you want inferior service and quality.

Don't waste your money terrible quality doesn't feel very good also don't bother with the next day delivery your be waiting longer. Personally I would like to send it all back but doubt I'll get refund from them.
Just add an update on this.. So still waiting for refund messages i get back from them seems like they prolonging it. The messages I sent them has all the info they need but yet I get messages back saying they need more info which they've already received. 2 shirts were sent back which have the lettering peeling off with the cheap rubbish they use to stick them on.
Hopefully PayPal will be able to sort this out now as this is getting ridiculous. shirts have been sent back I've sent all the proof. Luckily I did a opening of the package on video showing lettering peeling off so easily.

To be honest i left a review before complaining because they didn’t send my shirt but i didn’t know it was still coming after 3 weeks but the shirt has come it’s great quality but bad delivery time

Terrible experience. Ordered on july 6th, paid for next day delivery. Its now the 15th & still nothing. Id advise to never use these

I ordered an England shirt for next day delivery at a cost of £9 for next day delivery. 4 days later I am still waiting. Company is rubbish and all I’m getting told is that there waiting on a delivery of shirts. Shouldn’t be taking orders and peoples money especially at £140 which I’m now out of pocket for. Last email saying 28 days for delivery. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Slow delivery, poor communication - initial promises made of checking with warehouse - but no further response or dispatch/delivery date.

Don’t use this company is a scam!! I am driving to their registered address this weekend to confront them.

Concerned I have been scammed by this company. Ordered a shirt, didnt fit so trying to return. Filed the request a week ago, followed up, no replies. No active phone line, no way to speak to anyone. Would exercise caution.
