Wasn’t sure what to expect but no problems with the order and fast delivery. It was a great experience for me and the shirt is fab. A bit expensive but I got exactly what I wanted for my son quickly and he was very happy. Great communication. Royal Mail tracking provided . No problems what so ever .

Great! Easy ordering and quick delivery. Been looking for an authentic Iran National team football shirt with the Persian cheetah 🐆 on for ages. Arrived quickly and good quality with good communications from seller about dispatch time etc really good range to choose from as well.

This company are shocking, DO NOT USE.

Still no reply to any email, if they do ever send the shirt, which I have told them not to bother, as it was for a new born who would have grown out of it before it arrives, I will be sending it straight back.

stated it was in stock, and offered next day for an extra £8.95- clowns.

I ordered the Spain 2026 shirt for my daughter with next day delivery for 69.99. It says fan jersey on the site but doesn’t tell you that it’s not the actual replica top. It came and it’s different from the first team jersey. This t shirt is £30 on the web however adidas don’t sell it so I have contacted them to confirm that it’s not a fake. I did contact UK soccer shop who basically said it’s my mistake they show the backs on tops on the main photo to deceive. I will vote with my feet and not use them again. I would never have ordered from them if I wasn’t short on time for the World Cup final we all learn from our mistakes please learn from mine !

Do not be fooled. The so called football shirt was a very cheep printed plastic T-shirt. Could have got the same of Temu for £2 but I’ve been ripped of almost £60 for it! Absolutely awful. Their customer service is appalling. I tried to get info o my delivery and the “customer service” replied but actually refused to tell me anything about my order, just kept telling me to link online. Replied 5 times without telling me anything go them thought she was funny so started sending me happy faces!!!! Fuming. I did try to escalate it there, but it seems they do not care. Trust me go anywhere Seles

On Friday the 5th May 2026 I paid £219.63p for Haiti and South Korea home world cup shirts after waiting weeks with no delivery I asked where my order was , on the 8th of July they informed me my order had been updated to cancelled, and my money would be returned to my account within 7 days as of the 21st of July I have still not got my money back I would advise anyone thinking of sending any money to this company to think twice as you may loose your money.

They have taken my money and not delivered for over 14 days, SCAM

I didn’t want to have to do this but I purchased a football shirt, paid for next day delivery, it came almost two weeks late! So I didn’t want it when it came because I purchased it from another store! The item arrived, I sent it back, uksoccershop acknowledged they received my return and I would receive my refund in 3-5 working days. I never got my refund!!!

On one hand, the selection, quality, and carrier service is excellent. However, I've found the ordering process to be misleading and disappointing. I ordered an Arsenal jersey on May 20th that was "in stock" with a 5 day delivery promise that still hasn't shipped. On July 10 I ordered 2 Halland jerseys that were also in-stock, but the newer, better one, went to back order after submitting the order. The customer service is not live, and not optimal. All i get in response is that the manufacturer is working on it. Going forward, I will try find the jerseys on sites like eBay.

One of my best experiences buying online. I placed my order last Wednesday hoping to get my La Roja jersey in time for the World Cup final on Sunday. It arrived Friday afternoon! The item was just perfect.
