Our Sales Representative has always been very efficient and checks the sign design each step so we know exactly what we are getting.

I ordered some signs that I needed for work which arrived the next day. I needed a VAT invoice for our accounts team so I contacted UK Safety Store via Live Chat. They responded to my query quickly and asked if everything was ok with the signs that I had received. Excellent customer service and I will be using them again.

Honestly speaking I have had a four fantastic transaction experiences with immediate delivery via APC. The price are all good and easy to navigate website. I will surely return.

Quite honestly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.

First they didn't have the item I wanted and offered me an upgrade for free, great start but quickly went down hill from there. APC failed to deliver on their first delivery, even though we were waited 30 mins past the delivery window. I needed the item quickly so I bought locally and demanded a refund via PayPal. I've been trying for SIX DAYS for a response to a refund and nothing. APC tried 4 times to deliver, the fourth time we had to tell them to RTS.

Shambles of a company that can't provide you with what you buy and then don't talk to you/or the delivery company when things go wrong.

From ordering to receiving the experience has been extremely smooth. Communication was first class and the end result is outstanding
