Outstanding service
Reached out to the UK safety store for some bespoke signs to be made for us. The live chat was very helpful where the colleague informed me of the most suitable product and the cost and gave me a link to the product.
When ordering it was very straight forward to upload an image and put through the order.
Upon sending the order across a colleague come back to me and said the image was too grainy and would not look clean on the sign. Chris then took it upon himself to put together something identical that would look clearer on the sign and upon delivery the finished product looked perfect. Would definitely recommend. Great service.

Non delivery
Made order end of May and happy that it was delivered.
Placed another order a couple of weeks later and it was attempted to be delivered to an old address that was at least ten years out of date!
It was not received at that address as the householder hadn’t ordered it.
It was returned to the company after I alerted them.
They , Uk safety store, said they knew what the problem was and it would be delivered to my current address.
Same thing happened but it would appear that the old address accepted the package!
I contacted UK safety store and they (Jon) said they were on top of it and it would be sorted.
After a few e mails, I have head nothing. They have ignored me!
We are now into July!

We’ve reviewed your order situation and can see that the delivery address on this (your second order with us) was logged with your Paypal accounts old default address. While we do prompt customers to check their delivery details in our order confirmation emails, we understand this may have been missed - and we take responsibility for the confusion and delays that followed.
We arranged for a replacement order to be sent on June 9th to your requested address, with this being returned to us just two days later. We’ve been investigating why this happened with the Courier, and we acknowledge that our communication with you during this time was not up to the standard we hold ourselves to.
So two orders have been sent and neither have managed to make it to you.. we can only deeply apologise for this and our communication around such delivery events needs to improve. We will issue a full refund for your order today and hope this goes some way toward restoring your faith in us.

Unique Confined space signs
So we had some confined space signs made 56 in total all unique to each confined space, after a few tries and adjustments via email which couldnt of been easy we managed to decide what we needed, Jon was really helpful and patient with us and nothing was ever to much trouble. Well done to Chris for his work, the signs look quality and exactly what i needed. Will 100% be using you guys again - Gaz (Imerys Minerals Ltd)

I needed a warning sign for an electrical cubicle in a public area,I'd tried a large electrical distributor but couldn't find a large sign that doesn't show 230/400V.
I checked out UK Safety store and found a sign fits my requirements perfectly.

Ordered safety signs very beginning of…
Ordered safety signs very beginning of Jan. Waited-nothing . Chased them up after 2 weeks. It's been nearly 4 weeks now and apparently they have just been delivered to a completely different address last week after I chased them up again. Which I need to go and find from a picture they sent me that the courier sent them. I have to go and retrieve my own order. So still don't have the product I ordered and paid for. I won't be ordering from them again.
