Brilliant product and arrived when said. Amazon UK is useless and failed to deliver my order of corrugated packing and failed to refund via their convoluted complaint system. That’s why I turned to UKPackaging and will use them again for my art business where my paintings need extra packing for postal orders.

Poor service. Expensive delivery
Poor service. Expensive shipping and unhelpful staff.
I phoned as the website advises for a quote to ship to Northern Ireland. I was met with a poor attitude from Ella. Instead of suggesting other options I was told that I could not get 2 to 3 day delivery. That was it. The whole reply. I emailed back straight away to say that was fine and I got no reply until I had to phone back. Met with more poor / unhelpful attitude and an abrupt quote for delivery which was absolutely extoritionate delivery (more than the product)

Thank you for your review. Please note Ella advised you would be able to receive the goods within 2 - 4 working days, not next day delivery as you asked for, due to you location. Unfortunately, this is the only option we have for Ireland deliveries. The additional charge is quoted based on your location, due to being located in Ireland, this will cost more.
Apologies you feel this way, from the emails we can see Ella has replied in a professional manner answering your question.
All arrived ok
All arrived ok, albeit a bit longer than I expected, but all good in the end.
