The driver was very punctual and friendly and helpful
The journey was comfortable as the minibus was very modern.

This was my first time using uk mini bus hire. I found the customer service from the office to be poor. After booking and paying my deposit I received no confirmation and no receipt and had to chase this. This led me to look into reviews and found a number of negative reviews. I began to panic as I had booked this for a special family occasion and didn’t want to be out of pocket or without transport, but the office team did nothing to reassure me, only a short sharp response from the manager when I asked him to call me, saying speak to the person you booked it with.
The bus did turn up, and the driver was great, I couldn’t fault him. Although the details he had been given from the office were wrong.
I have given a neutral 3 stars purely for the driver. I would not recommended uk mini bus hire as a company!

Customer support was excellent and addressed all queries raised in a timely manner. We hired a 16 seater minibus (with driver) for a day.

Inside the minibus was a basic (no frills) design and comfort. It was tight for adults (limited leg room and width of seats) but teens were fine.

While driver arrived later than planned, pretty good approachable driver for the day journey.

Great communication and very reasonably priced. Driver was on time and friendly.

Edward was very responsive and helpful throughout the booking process and the driver on the day was really friendly and allowed us to move the pick up time earlier on the day without any stress!

I made an enquiry for a 16 seater coach to take us to a memorial service. I received a prompt and very courteous reply by return. I was very happy with the price so booked it straight away. Within half an hour I received written confirmation with all the correct details with a link provided to make it very easy to pay the required deposit.
On the day the mini-bus arrived early as it did for the return journey.

The booking process is really easy, communication is great and the driver has always been there on time. Would highly recommend UK Minibus Hire - we use them as a shuttle service for our staff Xmas party to take people back and forth to the train station as and when they want to leave. Works really well.
