Avoid likethe plague - Rip Off
Avoid. Refusing my claim for dental hygienist treatment because I pay monthly for twice yearly treatment with the practice .This is NOT an insurance but is no different from my putting money aside monthly in a bank accunt and then paying in full at the time of the treatment. Am challenging this and in the event they pay up I may revise this listing, but it is a hassle I can do without. A candidate for "Rip Off Britain" I think.

I have a journalist in my family who is interested in this too.
NB: Complaints policy says it can take up to 8 weeks to deal with a complaint. This is an unacceptably long time. I have made a formal complaint and had an automated reply but so far nothing else. I shouldn't take 8 weeks to deal with a simple matter like this - perhaps they are hoping I'll go away. I won't!
