I have been with HSF for many many years and I have never had any reason to complain. The service is good and the relatively new on line service is very easy to use and the timeframe of payment has also improved. Obviously, more cover, particularily for consultations and medical expenses, would definately help.

The health insurance poicy that I have with HSF is inexpensive compared to other insurers in Ireland. They make is easy to process claims for everyday health expenses. The HSF website is user-friendly.
