I had sent out a request to numerous companys looking for a replacement strip light alternative for a under kitchen light unit that was no longer manufactured.

Of all the dealers that the request went to Quenton was the only one that bothered to respond and helped to try and come up with an alternative.

I needed to replace an old, discontinued control unit, and received a quick response with an alternative unit which is compatible with my system. They responded quickly to a couple of queries I had and I the purchase was quick and painless. The unit was delayed in transport but I was notified quickly. The replacement unit works grand. Overall a great experience, exactly what I needed.

Just what you expect - good old fashioned customer service and just delivered on time consistently

I ordered switches and sockets and when my electrician came I had ordered some switches incorrectly. I contacted UK Electricals and returned the switches which was a very easy process and I was refunded promptly. When I received the new switches I realised I’d ordered ones with a white switch instead of surround and had to send them back again. Again the process was very easy and I was refunded promptly. I was also impressed with their customer service when I had to contact them about the type of switch I needed. Overall I wouldn’t hesitate to use UK Electricals again or recommend.

Very impressed with this company's fast customer responses and resolution. We had ordered small lights on line that turned up with a different finish to that shown on the website. The company followed up very quickly and a great guy turned up with the correct fittings. Thank you Quenton Lee.

I ordered a large number of spotlights for a renovation project but subsequently found out they were the incorrect item. I returned them and this company won’t refund me for half of them due to there being a small letter marked on some of the boxes (I marked some of them to indicate to my electrician which rooms they were for). There is absolutely nothing wrong with the items I returned.
Before I knew they wouldn’t refund me for the incorrect items I reordered the correct lights and have spent over £1000 with them and I don’t feel like this is a good way to treat a customer. Won’t be using them again.

The light fitting that I ordered was a very good quality fitting. The item was at a very good price, and delivery was very quick.

Never replied to my email. Now I can't no way of getting a refund! The switches have a gloss shine to them, making them look cheap. I thought they were Matt , as they look much nicer in pictures than in real life

If its on the website, I would and expect it to be in stock with 2 to 5 days delivery, unless it says otherwise, and did not get it until 2 weeks later with no email to say they did not have one in stock or been delayed, it wasn't until I phoned them twice that I did receive it the next day, communication is the key thing, at least I would know when to expect it, it does not cost anything to send an email.

I ordered, the Oder came when they said it would and it was of a quality as I expected. Not sure what more you need to do.
