Everything excellent so far - easy ordering, next day delivery. Fan looks great haven’t had chance to use it yet. Very pleased the blade cage opens up to make cleaning easy as some of my fans are so difficult to keep clean.

I ordered the Duux whisper flex smart fan on Friday at about half 2, it was delivered around 4pm Saturday. Can't fault the service or the low pricing. Also arrived well packaged. Would definitely shop here again.

Pretty disappointing experience. Fan ordered Saturday, the company called after 2pm the following Monday to inform it was out of stock and that they couldn't guarantee a different version they could offer would even be with me by the end of the week! Terrible, considering a Next Day delivery promised.
I asked why website was not capable of tracking live inventory so this didn't happen - they told me they could not do that (I work in eCommerce, you absolutely CAN track live inventory out of hours!)
I then asked why I was not contacted until the afternoon of the working day that it should have been dispatched. Apparently they had SO MANY people to contact that it took this long. Firstly, sorry, I don't buy that they made so many sales it took five hours to contact all their disappointed customers until they got to me. Secondly, let's assume that WAS the case - can they not see that there is clearly a problem with their inventory and eCommerce system if they find themselves in such a situation with so many customers?

I was upset about the situation - as we were relying on the fan arriving tomorrow for my toddler whose fan had broken and was suffering terribly in the heat. I was not rude to anyone, I simply asked questions and stated if they understood why I was upset. I asked for a discount due to the situation. Not only was I told no, the lady I spoke to became more and more impatient and actually CANCELLED the order DURING the phone call without even letting me confirm I would go ahead with receiving the replacement product offered!
So, I've ordered elsewhere, same price, and the fan will be arriving tomorrow as planned.

Bought this after much research. Very light so easy to move if needed. Cannot believe how quiet it is. Two of the family suffer with allergies to pollen and we are surrounded by large trees bursting out. Normally we would have streaming eyes, sneezing our heads off but no symptoms at all. Elegant as well

I bought the air purifier in a rush. It was Christmas. A family member was showing allergy symptoms. The purifier made a big difference v quickly. It is extremely efficient at gathering dust particles. I ordered replacement filters and these arrived swiftly and in good order. They were extremely easy to fit.

Its a superb air purifier and works noticeably very well.
My only problem being it often goes offline however this does not in any way affect its performance, as more often than not I use it manually.

I ordered the Blueair purifier on Sunday evening and I had it delivered on Tuesday afternoon. Speedy delivery, and great communication. I found the product I wanted at the best price. Will order again from here!

Ordered a purifier on Saturday afternoon after researching a few options and I got the purifier I wanted much cheaper than elsewhere. Delivery was quick so overall pretty impressed with the service and the purifier is up and running with no issues at all.

I'm amazed how good this purifier is! I didn't expect it to be as good as it is! So surprised! Absolute quality! It's like having outdoor air, inside!
