Vype would be great, the problem is every pack of cartridges I buy, atleast one tastes burnt or does no fire at all, and more and more I seemed to be getting packs that both cartridges are bad, so after about 15-20 packs i decided to move to another brand of vape, hopefully they get this fixed one day, as the ones that do actually work were very good.

Some of the reviews here must be of old models or are not using the device correctly. I was a 40+ per day smoker (more like +) and I am saving a fortune on this device. I have started keeping a diary on my usage and my nicotine addiction may have raised, or I keep forgetting to put the device down sfter so many puffs. REMEMBER - A CIGARETTE ENDS AFTER SO MANY PUFFS AND YOU PUT IT OUT. The e-pen is so tactile, it is easier to forget to put it down. Occaisonally with an e-pen you forget to inhale as per instruction and get a nasty taste. Occaisionally, and your own fault!

The average cartridge lasts me 2- 3 days. I currently have 3 e-pens so that any 1 can be on charge and I have 2 left with either full or part charge and full or part pods. So, if I have 3 lasting at least 2 days per cartridge (but mostly 3). I am using 6 pods every 2-3 days at a cost of £2.74 per pod (if bought direct from vype) or £2.94 per pod (from Tesco), = £14.44 per 2 days (7.22 per day) from vype and a little more from Tesco compared with at least £17 per day min on cigarettes.

I started on Crisp Mint, but after a month got tired of my mouth tasting of mint 24/7. Now I have 3 flavours on the go at all times so that no 1 dominates. Also, I have reduced from the std. 18 miligrams of nicotine to 12 and after only 1 week on this strength am going to try to reduce to 6 with my next order.

THIS IS MEGA FOR A 40++ PER DAY SMOKER ON NORMAL STRENGTH CIGARETTES.

I have tried the liquid fog creating machines which make me cough my guts up more than cigarettes. The e-pen 3 gives me a tickly cough if I over-use it, which is a reminder to put it down.

At this stage, I have great hopes in being able to reduce my nicotine intake. Pod nicotine values rang from 0mg (limited flavours) to 18mg. After 1 month I have reduced to 12mg, so I have high hopes. Even if I continue to use the vype at 0mg, I am not guaranteed 0 carcinogens (more research needed), but I am not inhaling the 1200 known carcinogens in a single cigarette.

It hits the spot, doesn't appear to be poisoning me so badly, i don't stink of tobacco, my home doesn't stink of tobacco (to be honest, if I crave a 'real' cigarette these 2 factors keep me determined),

I will be 65 this year. Last year, my 2 older sisters (both of whom had smoked), were diagnosed with lung cancer. Fortunately the prognosis for both of them is currently good. Can I afford to take any more risks when I was a heavier smoker than either of them? NO!

Do you need to minimise your risk? YES!

I bought the ETank Pro bundle 2 weeks ago, complete with spare atomiser, 3 bottles of premium eliquid and charging cable. What can I say other than .... BRILLIANT! I was always reluctant to give up smoking because I’d never really found any alternative give up smoking aid that was effective enough, until I discovered GoVype. My only regret is that I didn’t discover it sooner!

From the minute I started using this ETank, I’ve not been anywhere near a cigarette. Up until 2 weeks ago, I was a 10/day smoker for nearly 10 years. Now - I wouldn’t go back!

The flavours are easy on the throat and very soothing. The ETank fully charges within a couple of hours and automatically switches off when it’s fully charged - to prevent damaging the battery. If you wish to charge the battery enough to last you if you’re going out - this takes less than an hour.

Filling the ETank and changing the atomiser is easy. Everything is designed perfectly to get the most out of the eliquid and the experience as a whole.

Whilst making my decision about which device to use and the questions that I had, I contacted GoVype on their online chat. The agent was friendly, very informative and absolutely brilliant.

For me, vaping is not a fashion accessory and I’m not in a competition to see who can produce the biggest cloud. What this device has done is provide a better alternative to cigarettes, without the unpleasantness of a nicotine withdrawal, but with all the benefits that cigarettes don’t provide! (Pleasant taste in mouth, no unpleasant odours, nice smelling breath etc)

I’m also saving a tonne of money ... cigarettes are very expensive and the eliquid is a very good price and lasts over a week a bottle!

Vype 3 Pen. Like others’ previous reviews I unfortunately experienced a circa 40% failure rate on the refills. Like previous posts, having cleaned the contact areas of the refills and the batteries, the brand new refills would not work, causing the LED on the pen to flash and turn off. I’ve had to return 4 packs in 4 weeks (really annoying) and all Vype will do is ask you to return the faulty refills at your own cost and in the event they are faulty they will repay the cost of postage with a free pack of refills. Sorry Vype/BAT, just not worth the effort when considering the monthly spend is similar to a high end gym franchise who bend over to ensure customer satisfaction.

Pens suddenly stop working with a full battery and need a new coil to start working. This is new and happens after a couple of days. Wrote to them and they claim to reply within 24 hours. Still waiting after a week and also on the follow up. Will now look at another supplier

Can't see how much is left in the cartridge . Don't last as long as the old refills . Cost more for less ? Will not be buying anymore

Brought new epen 3 few weeks ago out of 10 cartridges 4 didnt work can't even see if the cartridges have liqiud in due to cartridge colour. The battery flashes as though they are empty though i know they are new. When it works it is good delivery but 4 out of 10 gives a 40% failure rate that is much too high and expensive

Ordered £30 worth of cartridge refills mid December. Still haven’t received them and despite me sending 4 emails to chase, they just don’t reply. I’d be very wary of buying from this company!

Epen 3 ok pods more expensive than smoking i was a 20 to 30 a day smoker and used 2-3 pods a day at £5.49 for gets expensive. They also try hide fact they a tabaccoo company and have all negative reviews removed from reviews.co.uk. buy the pen but refill pods yourself with standard ejuice save a fortune

I recently upgraded my Epen to an Epen 3 and I’m so glad I did, firstly there is a choice of colours for the new Epen 3 (I chose blue being my fav colour), the Epen 3 is a lot shorter (it fits well in my hand) than the Epen, it’s so much easier to carry as it fits in my purse (so convenient too), the new Epen 3 uses pods which is also the mouth piece too so when you change your pod (which is larger than the Epen cap so lasts longer) you have a new mouth piece which is much more hygienic, and you also have 7 flavours of pods with 3 different strengths of nicotine (so therefore helping you to cut down or give up cigarettes if you wish too) The on/off switch (button) has been made into one long switch that you can use to deliver different amounts of vapor. The battery is a quick charge too. Also I love ordering from Vype as once I’ve ordered something the product comes if not the next day (which more often than not it does), but the day after tomorrow.

Infortunately their latest device epen3 leaks liquid into mouth. Tastes bad and there is a need to spit it out.

Have ordered from this company a few times and always had a great experience. Recently placed an order for a set of e liquids with a 2-5 working day delivery time and it was with me the next day.

I bought the eBox, atomisers and e-liquids totaling about £75 and opted for the express delivery. This company uses Yodel (for both standard and express delivery) and my previous bad experience of Yodel reared it's ugly head again. They just did not deliver the next day. I did eventually receive my order a few days later, but as they use Yodel I will not be purchasing anything again from their website. The products are good and hopefully will make the transition from cigarettes to vaping easier. The customer services is ok. They are not open at the weekend. I was offered a refund of my delivery, or a free e-liquid or points to my account. I declined and look forward to receiving a refund for my delivery. 3/5 stars due to their insistence at using a sub-standard courier company and not having other methods of delivery.

After spending lots of money with this company over the last couple of years we have recently received 2 etanks that do not work. WE have been subjected to numerous questions over email yet no offer of a refund or replacement and the last email we received was to blame us. Will not be using this coming ever again, happy to take your money etc etc

I dont think I have ordered from the company yet and received my delivery within the 1-3 working day estimated delivery window. Each time it has taken almost two weeks from date of order.

The first time I ordered they sent my parcel to the billing address not the specified delivery address so at least in this instance their was some reasonable justification, however their really has been no acceptable reason why subsequent orders have been so delayed. I am writing this currently after just receiving an email from customer services indicating that it would be another 'few' days (I assume working days) when I have already waited 9 working days for the order.

I have been made no offer to refund the delivery charges or alteratively to upgrade to a next day service for the inconvenience. As someone who owns and runs a business in which ecommerce is an important part, I am starting to wonder why I give them any of my money. Good job I'm not addicted to nicotine!

worse devices I've ever seen and sold at places with no staff knowledge, rubbish stay away. people should also be aware this company is owned by a tobacco company, do you still want your money going to these people?

I purchased a eStick from Sainsburys and after a few weeks it stopped working. I contacted them and had a response within 30seconds. After explaining the problem they had a new one sent out which arrived the next day with an extra 4 refills!! Absolute amazing customer service and care and I will definitely be back to buy more products:-) I can't recommend them enough!

Words cannot express how happy I was with the customer service from this company. As a whole the products are very good and they are constantly coming up with new innovative ways in which to make the crossover from smoking regular cigarettes to using there vaping products easier. The new device with portable charging case has worked perfectly and the selection of 3 flavours cool mint, dark cherry and blended tobacco all taste great and in my opinion are better than any of the competition. Would recommend Vype and have to all friends and family.
